Oxynoemacheilus longipinnis is a species of loach in the family Nemacheilidae endemic to the Meymeh River, formerly a part of the Tigris-Euphrates system in Iran. [1] Fishbase lists it as the only species in the monotypic genus Ilamnemacheilus. [2]

It is a marine, temperate water-dwelling eel which is known from a single specimen collected from Taiwan, in the northwestern Pacific Ocean.
