Pakokku Airport( IATA : PKK, ICAO : VYPU) is an airport in Pakokku, Myanmar, administered by the Ministry of Transportation. It is a regional airport in Magway Division. Due to its proximity to Bagan, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Ministry's Department of Civil Aviation has plans to upgrade Pakokku Airport to an international airport.

It is located across the Irrawaddy river from Chauk and is connected by Anawrahta Bridge. It is situated 34 kilometers south-south-west of ancient Bagan City and 44 kilometers from Nyaung U Airport.

Thihoshin Pagoda is a famous Buddhist pagoda in Pakokku, Magway Region, Myanmar. The pagoda was initiated and offered by King Vijayabahu I(Ashoka Rama), king of Sri Lanka, who reigned until 1110. It was completed during the reign of King Alaungsithu (1090-1167). A pagoda festival is held every year between May and June, from the 8th to 10th waxing days of the Burmese month of Nayon.

Kyaukhtu or Kyaukhtu is a small town in Saw Township, Magway Region, Myanmar near the Chin Hills. Kyauktu (Kyaukhtu) is the second largest town in Saw Township. Kyaukhtu area is known as part of Southern Yaw by local people.
