Patrick Dever (born 5 September 1996) is a British long-distance runner.

Collegiate career

Dever attended and competed for the University of Tulsa for two years while working on his master's degree in accounting. He left Tulsa as a two time All-American in both cross country and track and field. On June 9, 2021, Dever won the NCAA national championship 10,000m in a meet record of 27:41.87, narrowly edging out Conner Mantz, and Abdihamid Nur by less than a second. [1]

Professional career

On October 25, 2021, Dever announced via an Instagram post that he has signed a professional running contract with Puma. [2] Dever trains with Puma Elite under coach Alistair Cragg. [3]

After becoming the 2024 British champion (by finishing as the highest placed British athlete at the night of the 10,000 PB's), Dever was subsequently named in the Great Britain team for the 2024 Summer Olympics, where he failed to make it to the final of the 5000m. [4] [5]

She was also the best European junior at the World Cross Country Championships those years.

Richard Kilty is a British sprinter who competes both Indoor and Outdoor across all the sprint events including 60 metres, 100 metres, 150 metres, and 200 metres. An exceptional starter, and considered a specialist in both 60 metres and relays, he is a former World and double European Champion indoors at 60 metres, and also a silver medalist in the World Athletics Championships, as well as a European and Commonwealth champion in the 4 x 100 metre relay for Great Britain and England respectively. Kilty is one of the few British athletes to have won medals at every major championships, indoors and out, including the World Relays.

Zac Shaw is a British Paralympic visually impaired sprinter who competes in the T12 classification. At the age of nine he became afflicted with stargardt disease. He made his first Great Britain squad for the IPC Athletics World Championships in 2015. Shaw made the Great Britain squad for the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris after just missing out on both the 2016 Summer Paralympics and 2020 Summer Paralympics.
