Sullivan "Pete" Mills Jr. (born May 29, 1942) is a former American football wide receiver who played two seasons with the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the twelfth round of the 1965 AFL Draft. He first enrolled at Coffeyville Community College before transferring to Wichita State University. Mills attended I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas. [2] He was also a member of the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears. [3]

After playing college football with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, he was drafted by the Bills. Shaw was the prototypical "pulling guard" who despite his size held his own against much bigger defensive linemen like Ernie Ladd, Earl Faison and Buck Buchanan. He won three straight Eastern Division titles and two American Football League championships in 1964 and 1965 with Buffalo.
