The Philippine Figure Skating Championships is the figure skating competition held annually to determine the national champions of the Philippines. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. The event is organized by Philippine Skating Union formerly known as the Ice Skating Union of the Philippines, the sport's national governing body.

The World Figure Skating Championships, commonly referred to as "Worlds", are an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union. Medals are awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Generally held in March, the World Championships are considered to be the most prestigious of the ISU Figure Skating Championships. With the exception of the Olympic title, a world title is considered to be the highest competitive achievement in figure skating.
The European Figure Skating Championships are an annual figure skating competition in which figure skaters compete for the title of European champion. Medals are awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The event is sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU) and is the sport's oldest competition. The first European Championships were held in 1891 in Hamburg, Germany, and featured one segment, compulsory figures, with seven competitors. They have been held continuously since 1891, with only five interruptions, and have been sanctioned by the ISU since 1893. Women were allowed to compete for the first time in 1930, which is also the first time pair skating was added to the competition. Ice dance was added in 1954. Only eligible skaters from ISU member countries in Europe are allowed to compete.

Dikki John Martinez is a Filipino figure skater. He was the 2009 Men's Senior Gold medalist of the Philippine Figure Skating Championships along with Mericien Venzon who won the Ladies' Division. Three time Junior Men's Gold Medalist from 2006-2008. He holds the record for most wins in the Junior Men's Division.
Turkish Figure Skating Championships are held annually to determine the figure skating champions of Turkey. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, ice dancing, and synchronized skating, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. The event is organized by the Turkish Ice Skating Federation, the sport's national governing body.
Michael Christian "Mikee" Martinez is a Filipino Olympic figure skater. He is the 2015 Asian Figure Skating Trophy champion, a two-time Triglav Trophy champion and has won one ISU Challenger Series medal, silver at the 2014 Warsaw Cup. Martinez is the first skater from Southeast Asia and from a tropical country to qualify for the Olympics, was the only athlete to represent the Philippines at the 2014 Winter Olympics, and was one of only two to represent the Philippines at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
The 2015 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships was a Senior ISU figure skating championship held in the 2014–15 season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing for the title of Four Continents Champion. The event's name refers to the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, which are four of the continents represented in the Olympic rings, omitting Europe.
National figure skating championships of the 2016–17 season are taking place mostly between November 2016 and February 2017. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
The Philippines national ice hockey team is the national men's ice hockey team of the Philippines. They are controlled by the Federation of Ice Hockey League (FIHL) and a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) since May 20, 2016. Edrian Paul Celestino is a Filipino-Canadian figure skater. He is the 2019 Philippine national champion, and qualified to the free skating at the 2020 Four Continents Championships. For Canada, he is the 2016 Autumn Classic International junior champion and a two-time Canadian junior national medalist (2015–16).
Isabella Gamez is a Filipina pair skater who competes for the Philippines with her partner Alexander Korovin. Gamez and Korovin are the first pair from Southeast Asia and the Philippines to qualify and compete in the final segment of the 2023 World Figure Skating Championships. They are the first international medalists for the Philippines in pairs skating, and two-time Philippine National Champions for pairs skating bringing attention to the sport in the tropical country.
The 2023 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships were held from February 7–12, 2023, at the Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in the United States. Held annually since 1999, the competition featured skaters from the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Medals were awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Nations from non-European countries could send three entries at most for every discipline.
National figure skating championships for the 2024–25 season will take place mainly from December 2024 to January 2025. They will be held to crown national champions and to serve as part of the selection process for international events, such as the 2025 ISU Championships. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. Several countries chose to organize their national championships together with their neighbors; the results will be subsequently divided into national podiums.
