The Ukrainian Figure Skating Championships are held annually to determine the national figure skating champions of Ukraine. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The senior event takes place most often in December and the junior event in January or February. In the 2013–14 season, the senior nationals were combined with an international competition, the Ukrainian Open.

The U.S. Figure Skating Championships is a figure skating competition held annually to crown the national champions of the United States. The competition is sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating. In the U.S. skating community, the event is often referred to informally as "Nationals". Medals are currently awarded in four disciplines: men's (boys') singles, ladies' (girls') singles, pair skating, and ice dancing in four colors: gold (first), silver (second), bronze (third), and pewter (fourth) on two levels, senior and junior. Medals were previously given at the novice, intermediate, and juvenile levels. The event is also used to determine the U.S. teams for the World Championships, World Junior Championships, Four Continents Championships, and Winter Olympics, however, U.S. Figure Skating reserves the right to consider other results.

Alexei Bychenko is a retired Ukrainian-born Israeli figure skater. He represented Ukraine through 2009 and Israel after that. He is the 2016 European Figure Skating Championships silver medalist and 2016 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist. He is the first Israeli skater to medal at the European Championships. He placed fourth at 2018 Worlds. Bychenko competed for Israel at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympics.

Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Since the 2013–14 figure skating season, the Hungarian Figure Skating Championships have been held alongside the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia in the Four Nationals Championships.

Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, ice dancing, and synchronized skating.
The Slovak Figure Skating Championships are the figure skating national championships held annually to crown the national champions of Slovakia. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels. Prior to 1994, during the existence of Czechoslovakia, the championships were held at the sub-national level.
Park So-youn is a South Korean retired figure skater. She is the 2012 Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy champion, the 2014 Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy bronze medalist, the 2015 South Korean national champion, and a three-time South Korean national silver medalist (2012–2014).
Anastasia Galyeta is a competitive ice dancer who represents Azerbaijan with Avidan Brown. Competing for Ukraine with Oleksii Shumskyi, she won four medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series and placed as high as 8th at the World Junior Championships.

Oleksandra Yevhenivna Nazarova is a Ukrainian retired ice dancer. With her skating partner, Maksym Nikitin, she is the 2015 World Junior bronze medalist and 2012 Youth Olympic silver medalist. On the senior level, they are the 2017 Winter Universiade champions, 2014 CS Warsaw Cup silver medalists, 2016 Cup of Nice bronze medalists, six-time Ukrainian national champions. Nazorova/Nikitin have represented Ukraine at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics.

Ivan Volodymyrovych Pavlov is a Ukrainian former pairs skater. With his partner, Kateryna Dzitsiuk, he is the 2020 Ukrainian national champion. As a single skater, he is the 2015 European Youth Olympic champion, 2014 NRW Trophy silver medalist, and a two-time Ukrainian national champion. He has competed in the final segment at seven ISU Championships and finished within the top eight at the 2018 World Junior Championships.
Yaroslav Vadymovych Paniot is a Ukrainian-American figure skater who competes for the United States. He is the 2021 U.S. national pewter medalist.
Maksym Spodyriev is a retired Polish ice dancer. With his skating partner, Natalia Kaliszek, he has won medals on the ISU Challenger Series, including gold at the 2017 CS Tallinn Trophy, and eight Polish national titles. They have represented Poland at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics, as well as the European and World championships. At the junior level, they placed in the top ten at the 2015 Junior Worlds.
