The Italian Figure Skating Championships (Italian : Campionati Italiani di Figura) are held annually to determine the national champions of Italy. Skaters compete in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance at the senior, junior, and novice levels, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. The event is organized by the Italian Ice Sports Federation, the sport's national governing body. The competition's results are among the criteria used to determine the teams to the World Championships, World Junior Championships, European Championships, and Winter Olympics.

Medals may be awarded in men's singles, women's singles, and pair skating. Since its inception in 1990, the event has included a junior-level competition. Novice categories were added in 2006 and senior categories in 2011. An ice dance competition, the Egna Dance Trophy, debuted in February 2018.

Lucrezia Beccari is an Italian figure skater, who currently competes in pair skating with partner Matteo Guarise. With Guarise, she is the 2024 European champion, two-time ISU Grand Prix medalists, 2023 CS Nebelhorn Trophy silver medalists and 2024 Italian national silver medalists.
The Gran Premio Italia was a four-event grand prix competition for Italian skaters, as well as invited foreign skaters based in Italy. Skaters were selected to appear at either one or two events, and the highest scoring skaters qualified for the final. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and junior and senior ice dance.
The 2021 Gran Premio d'Italia was the third event of the 2021–22 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating: a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at the Torino Palavela in Turin, Italy, from November 5–7. It was the replacement event for the 2021 Cup of China. Medals were awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Skaters earned points toward qualifying for the 2021–22 Grand Prix Final.
