Ukrainian National Badminton Championships

The Ukrainian National Badminton Championships is a tournament organized to crown the best badminton players in Ukraine.

The tournament started in 1992 and is held every year.

The organization was established as one of the successors to CIS Badminton (1991-1992) and USSR Badminton Federation (1962-1991) after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The NFBR became the sole administrator for the Russia national badminton team when the Russian Badminton Federation (RBF) was dissolved by the Russian Olympic Committee in 2005.

Léa Palermo is a French badminton player. She started playing badminton at aged 8, then joined the France national badminton team in 2006. In 2009, she won the bronze medal at the European U17 Badminton Championships in the mixed doubles event. In 2010, she competed at the Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. In 2015, she won the Slovenia International tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Bastian Kersaudy. In 2016, she won French National Badminton Championships in women's doubles event. She also the runner-up at the Orleans International in the women's doubles event and at the Estonian International in the mixed doubles event. In 2017, she became the runner-up at the Estonian International partnered with Delphine Delrue. She competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games, clinched the women's doubles gold with Delrue.

Victoria Viktorovna Evtoushenko is a Ukrainian badminton player. Evtoushenko had won seventeen times Ukrainian National Championships from 1992 to 2000. She also won five titles at the Soviet National Championships before Ukraine declare the Independence. She competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics. Evtoushenko played in the women's and mixed doubles event at the Olympic Games, finished in 17 position in the women's doubles event in 1996 and 2000 partnered with Elena Nozdran, and in the mixed doubles event, she finished 33 in 1996 and 17 in 2000 partnered with Vladislav Druzchenko.

The Belarus national badminton team represents Belarus in international badminton team competitions. The Belarusian team is managed by the Belarusian Badminton Federation (BBF) which organizes badminton championships and prepares Belarusian national badminton teams. The team was formed in 1992 after the association was found.

The Ukraine Open is an annual badminton tournament held in Ukraine. The tournament is part of the Badminton Europe tournament series and is leveled in BWF International Challenge. The inaugural edition was held in 2022.
