Turkish National Badminton Championships

The Turkish National Badminton Championships is a tournament organized to crown the best badminton players in Turkey.

The tournament started in 1993 and is held every year.

She won the women's singles title at the 2013 Islamic Solidarity Games, 2013, 2018 Mediterranean Games and the women's doubles title at the 2013 Mediterranean Games. Yiğit also won the bronze medals at the 2015 European Games and at the 2021 European Championships.

Özge Bayrak is a Turkish badminton player. She is coached by Çağatay Taşdemir at Egospor club of Ankara Metropolis Municipality. Currently, she is studying at Aksaray University.

Harsheel Dani is an Indian badminton player. He represented India in the Asian and BWF World Junior Championships. He also became the U-19 singles champion in the junior nationals. Currently training at the Uday Pawar Academy in Mumbai under Indian Coach Uday Pawar, he aims to compete at various international tournaments in order to transition smoothly to the senior circuit and is receiving support from the GoSports Foundation.

Konstantin Andreevich Abramov is a Russian badminton player. In 2014, he won the Turkey International tournament partnered with Alexandr Zinchenko. In 2017, he and Zinchenko won the Swedish International Series tournament.

Aprilsasi Putri Lejarsar Variella is an Indonesian-born badminton player who also represented Turkey and Bahrain in international tournaments. She won the 2013 Australia Open in the women's doubles event with her partner Vita Marissa.

Lucas Maurice Corvée is a French badminton player affiliated with Issy Les Moulineaux 92 club. Corvée started playing badminton at aged 6 in Alençon badminton club. His mother also a professional badminton player. He became a member of the France national badminton team in 2010, then in 2011, he won a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in boys' doubles event. Corvée was the champion of the 2013 Puerto Rico International tournament in the men's doubles event partnered with Brice Leverdez.

Emre Aslan is a Turkish badminton player. He won the silver medal at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in the men's doubles event partnered with Hüseyin Oruç. In 2012, he and Oruç also won the men's doubles title at the Iraq International tournament.

Emre Lale is a Turkish badminton player. Lale was born in Bursa, and trained at the A.B.B. In 2011, he won a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. Lale won his first senior international title at the Iraq International in the men's singles event. Tim Dettmann is a German male badminton player. At the 2006/07 European Circuit, he won the Bulgarian and Finnish International tournaments and became the runner-up at the Poland in the mixed doubles event. He also the runner-up at the Turkey, Finnish, and Polish International tournaments in the men's doubles event. In 2011, he became the runner-up at the Estonian International tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Ilse Vaessen of Netherlands.

Aliye Demirbağ Turkish badminton player

Aliye Demirbağ is a Turkish badminton player who competed at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. In 2015, she won the bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in Lubin, Poland. She competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games, and grab the women's singles bronze medal.

2020 Thomas & Uber Cup Biennial international badminton championship

The 2020 Thomas & Uber Cup was the 31st edition of the Thomas Cup and the 28th edition of the Uber Cup, the biennial international badminton championship contested by the men and women's national teams of the member associations of Badminton World Federation (BWF). The tournament were played at Ceres Arena in Aarhus, Denmark. It is the first time that Denmark hosted the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup tournament and the first time this event was held in Europe since England 1982. It was due to be played on 15–23 August 2020, but on 29 April 2020 it was postponed to the 3–11 October due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 15 September 2020 it was again postponed and on 21 December 2020 it was announced that it was postponed to 9–17 October 2021.

2021 All England Open 2021 badminton tournament in Birmingham

The 2021 All England Open was a badminton tournament which took place at Utilita Arena Birmingham in England from 17 to 21 March 2021. It had a total purse of $850,000.
