The Tajikistan International is an international badminton tournament held in Tajikistan. The event is part of the Badminton World Federation's International Series [1] and part of the Badminton Asia circuit. [2] It will be held for the first time in 2023.

The Singapore Open is a badminton event that has been held in Singapore annually since 1929. Badminton World Federation categorised Singapore Open as one of the six BWF World Tour Super 750 events in the BWF events structure since 2023.

Tommy Sugiarto is an Indonesian badminton player who is a singles specialist. He was the bronze medalist at the 2014 World Championships. Sugiarto competed at the 2014 Asian Games and 2016 Summer Olympics.
Goh Soon Huat is a Malaysian badminton player. He was a part of the Malaysia team that won bronze in the men's team event at the Incheon 2014 Asian Games. He switched to mixed doubles and paired up with Shevon Jemie Lai due to a lack of performance in the singles department. His best achievement is winning the mixed doubles title at the 2018 Singapore Open with Lai, where they beat the 2016 Olympic gold medalists Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir in the final in straight games.
Reginald Lee Chun Hei is a Hong Kong badminton player. He is a former Asian Champion and World Championships bronze medalist in the mixed doubles category partnered with Chau Hoi Wah.
Angus Ng Ka Long is a professional badminton player from Hong Kong. He has a career-high ranking of 6th in the men's singles discipline. He won the 2016 Hong Kong Super Series, the 2020 Thailand Masters and the 2023 German Open.

Jia Yifan is a Chinese badminton player. She won gold medals at the 2017, 2021, 2022 World Championships, 2018 Asian Games and at the 2019 Asian Championships.
Huang Dongping is a Chinese badminton player. She is the reigning mixed doubles Olympic Champion, and was two-time mixed doubles Asian Champion winning in 2018 and 2019.
Jeon Hyeok-jin is a Korean badminton player. Specializing in singles, he was runner-up at the 2013 Asian Junior Badminton Championships. Wang Yilyu, sometimes also transliterated as Wang Yilu, Wang Yilv or Wang Yilü, is a Chinese badminton player. He is the reigning mixed doubles Olympic Champion, and was two-time mixed doubles Asian Champion winning in 2018 and 2019.
Puttita Supajirakul is a Thai badminton player. She reached a career high as world number 9 in the women's doubles. Supajirakul was the women's doubles bronze medalists at the Asian, and World Juniors and also at the BWF World Championships. Together with Sapsiree Taerattanachai, she recorded as the first Thai women's doubles to medal at the World Championships. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Kunlavut Vitidsarn is a Thai badminton player. He was three-times World Junior champion, winning in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Vitidsarn became the first men's singles player to win three World Junior Championships titles, joining Ratchanok Intanon and Chen Qingchen as a three-time winner of the World Junior title in the same discipline. He claimed the gold medal at the Asian Junior Championships in 2019, where he previously won a silver in 2018 and bronze in 2017. Vitidsarn participated at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics, and was part of the team Omega took the silver medal in the mixed team event. He was named the 2020/2021 Eddy Choong Most Promising Player. In the senior category, he won the silver medal at the 2022 World Championships.
Gao Fangjie is a Chinese badminton player from Nanjing, Jiangsu. She was part of the Chinese junior team to win the gold medals at the 2015, and 2016 World Junior; and also at the 2016 Asia Junior Championships. In 2016 Asia, she won the bronze medal in the girls' singles event. Gao was the runner-up in the senior tournament at the 2016 China International. In 2017, she reach the final round at the BWF Superseries Premier tournament at the China Open after competed from the qualification round, and beat the seeded players Nozomi Okuhara, P. V. Sindhu and Carolina Marín. In 2023, she helped the national team win the Asia Mixed Team Championships.
