Phronimoidea is a superfamily of plankton in the sub-order Hyperiidea. [1]
Carl Frederick Zeidler was the mayor of the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 1940 to 1942, winning election by unseating six-term Socialist mayor Dan Hoan. After just two years in office Zeidler resigned his position as mayor to enlist in the United States Navy Reserve to fight in World War II. His merchant marine ship and all hands were lost off the coast of South Africa in December 1942.
Frank Paul Zeidler was an American socialist politician and mayor of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serving three terms from April 20, 1948, to April 18, 1960. Zeidler, a member of the Socialist Party of America, was the most recent socialist mayor of any major American city, and the seventh-most recent socialist mayor of an American city of any size.
The Decapoda or decapods are an order of crustaceans within the class Malacostraca, including many familiar groups, such as crayfish, crabs, lobsters, prawns, and shrimp. Most decapods are scavengers. The order is estimated to contain nearly 15,000 species in around 2,700 genera, with around 3,300 fossil species. Nearly half of these species are crabs, with the shrimp and Anomura including hermit crabs, porcelain crabs, squat lobsters making up the bulk of the remainder. The earliest fossil decapod is the Devonian Palaeopalaemon.
Xanthidae is a family of crabs known as gorilla crabs, mud crabs, pebble crabs or rubble crabs. Xanthid crabs are often brightly coloured and are highly poisonous, containing toxins which are not destroyed by cooking and for which no antidote is known. The toxins are similar to the tetrodotoxin and saxitoxin produced by puffer fish, and may be produced by bacteria in the genus Vibrio living in symbiosis with the crabs, mostly V. alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus.

The Gladstone Hotel is a hotel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1889 and named after Gladstone Avenue, next to the hotel. The Parkdale area hotel was designed by local architect G.M. Miller in the Romanesque Revival style. The Gladstone Hotel is one of the oldest hotel buildings still operating as a hotel in Toronto. Since renovations in the early 2000s, the hotel has become an arts hub in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto.
Gammaridea is one of the suborders of the order Amphipoda, comprising small, shrimp-like crustaceans. Until recently, in a traditional classification, it encompassed about 7,275 (92%) of the 7,900 species of amphipods described by then, in approximately 1,000 genera, divided among around 125 families. That concept of Gammaridea included almost all freshwater amphipods, while most of the members still were marine.

Alpheus is a genus of snapping shrimp of the family Alpheidae. This genus contains in excess of 291 species, making this the most species-rich genus of shrimp. Like other snapping shrimp, the claws of Alpheus are asymmetrical, with one of the claws enlarged for making a popping noise. Some species in the genus enter into symbiotic relationships with gobiid fishes.It's also the noisiest of all sea creatures and can immobilize small fish with its high pitched frequency.

Bougisidae is a family of plankton in the sub-order Hyperiidea – a type of so-called "hyperid" amphipoda. Bougisidae is a monotypic taxon, meaning that it has only one subordinate taxon: the genus Bougisia, which itself contains only one species, B. ornata. This species lives as plankton in tropical and sub-tropical salt water. Hyperiidea species normally have a physique that differs from other types of amphipod.
