Qezel Qaleh-ye Bala (Persian : قزل قلعه بالا, also Romanized as Qezel Qal‘eh-ye Bālā) [1] is a village in Shirin Su Rural District, Maneh District, Maneh and Samalqan County, North Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 284, in 60 families. [2]
