Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was an Indian politician who served as the vice president of India. He served in that position from August 2002,when he was elected to a five-year term by the electoral college following the death of Krishan Kant,until he resigned on 21 July 2007,after losing the presidential election to Pratibha Patil. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He served as the Chief Minister of Rajasthan three times,from 1977 to 1980,1990 to 1992 and 1993 to 1998. He represented several constituencies in Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha from 1952 to 2002. He was awarded Padma Bhushan in the year 2003.
Rajesh Verma is an Indian politician,a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and former Loksabha Member of Parliament. Atiq Ahmed was a notorious Indian gangster turned politician and history-sheeter. He served as a member of the Indian Parliament and the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Samajwadi Party. Ahmed had more than 160 criminal cases registered against him and competed in several elections from jail. As of March 2023,the Uttar Pradesh Police had seized properties worth ₹11,684 crore (US$1.3 billion) belonging to Ahmed and his family. In 2019,he was convicted of kidnapping a witness who testified against him regarding the 2005 murder of his political rival Raju Pal. Ahmed remained in jail until his assassination by three gunmen on his way to a court-mandated medical checkup on 15 April 2023.
Rita Bahuguna Joshi is an Indian politician and was cabinet minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. She was the president of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee from 2007 to 2012. She is the daughter of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna,a former chief minister of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. She joined Bharatiya Janata Party on 20 October 2016. She was elected to the Lok Sabha,lower house of the Parliament of India from Allahabad,Uttar Pradesh in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Kunwar Sarvesh Kumar Singh,was an Indian businessman who served as the Member of Parliament from Moradabad,Uttar Pradesh,from Bharatiya Janata Party. He was a veteran politician from Western Uttar Pradesh who belonged to Thakur (Rajput) caste. He was one of the Bahubali politicians in Uttar Pradesh. He was a five-term MLA from Thakurdwara from 1991 to 2007 and 2012 to 2014 till he was elected as MP from Moradabad Lok Sabha General Election in 2014. Mulayam Singh Yadav was an Indian politician,a socialist figure and founder of the Samajwadi Party. Over the course of his political career spanning more than six decades,he served for three terms as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh,and also as the Union Minister of Defence in the Government of India. Kuldeep Singh Sengar is an Indian politician and former member of Legislative Assembly belonging to the Bhartiya Janta Party from Unnao district,Uttar Pradesh who has been convicted of rape,murder,attempt to murder,criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation. He was the main defendant in the Unnao rape case and was booked under the POCSO Act. He was also accused of killing three people,including the victim's father in police custody and later her aunts by a conspired truck accident. A Delhi District and Sessions Court upheld an investigation conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that had ruled out any foul play in the Unnao rape survivor's accident in 2019.
Madan Bhaiya,born Madan Singh Kasana,is an Indian politician. Bhaiya is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly and as of 2022 represents the Khatauli Assembly constituency. Bhaiya has a reputation as a folk hero in his area and is often referred to as Bahubali or Bhaiya Ji Madan. He has been linked to gang violence and as of 2013 had over half a dozen alleged murder charges. He travels in a bulletproof car along with 2–3 pilot cars containing his security detail. Bhaiya previously served four terms as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Khekada Assembly constituency of Baghpat district.

Rakesh Rathore alias Guru,alternatively Rakesh Rathour is an Indian politician representing Sitapur,Uttar Pradesh Assembly constituency since 2022. He is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. Rathore won in 2022 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election. He was a car mechanic who had the same name as the previous MLA Rakesh Rathore. The previous MLA fell into controversy with the Yogi Adityanath government after audio clips were leaked of his private conversations in which he was being extremely critical and harsh on the government after which Rakesh Rathour was found and made his replacement.
Rakesh Pratap Singh is an Indian politician and a member of the 18th Uttar Pradesh Assembly from Gauriganj constituency. He is a member of Samajwadi Party. Singh was elected for the first time in the 2012 Uttar Pradesh election,an accomplishment he repeated in 2017. He resigned on 31 October 2021 citing "non-fulfilment of promises" by the government.

Neha Singh Rathore is an Indian folk singer and political satirist who sings and composes songs in the Bhojpuri language. She is known for songs with a focus on political and social issues which criticize the BJP government. She has a leftist leaning. Her songs "Bihar Mein Ka Ba" (2020),"UP Mein Ka Ba?" (2022),"UP Mein Ka Ba? Session-2" (2023),and "MP Mein Ka Ba?" (2023) have been popular on social media. There was ample evidence to state that she was trying hard to get Congress ticket for North East Delhi seat against Manoj Tiwari of BJP.
