Eric Wing Wah Yung (Chinese :容榮華; pinyin :Róng Róng-huá born 1944),better known as Ric Young,is a retired Malaysian actor. He appeared in over 100 films and television programmes from his debut in 1958,mainly in the United Kingdom and later the United States.
Young was a series regular on spy action television series Alias (2001–04),playing Dr. Zhang Lee. [1] [2] He appeared in such films as You Only Live Twice (1967), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), [3] The Last Emperor (1987), Dragon:The Bruce Lee Story (1993), Nixon (1995), Seven Years in Tibet (1997), The Transporter (2002),and American Gangster (2007).
A Malaysian Chinese,Young was born Wing-Wah Yung (容榮華) in Kuala Lumpur in 1944. [4] He got his start taking part in radio sketches at the age of 12. [4] He trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, [5] under a King George VI Coronation Scholarship. [4] He then moved to Los Angeles to study method acting under Shelley Winters and Lee Strasberg.
When he moved to the UK in 1958,he was introduced to US theater and film producer Mike Todd,landing him a small part in the film The Inn of the Sixth Happiness . He moved to Italy for five months,where he played roles in movies and television. On his return to the UK,he performed under the name Eric Young,appearing on TV shows in the 1960s and 1970s such as The Saint , The Avengers , Blake's 7 , The Tomorrow People , Somerset Maugham Hour, The Champions , Danger Man , The Chinese Puzzle , Are You Being Served? and Room Service . From 1958 to 1978,he was credited as Eric Young,which he later shortened to Ric Young.
Some of his best-known roles include:Kao Kan in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom ,Bruce Lee's father in Dragon:The Bruce Lee Story (1993),Mao Zedong in Nixon (1995),General Chang Jing Wu in Seven Years in Tibet (1997),Mr. Kwai in The Transporter (2002) and Henry Lee in The Corruptor (1999). [1] [8] He is one of the few individuals who performed in both the original versions of the TV series The Saint (in 1964), Hawaii Five-O (in 1976) and their reboots in Return of the Saint (in 1978) and Hawaii Five-O (in 2010). Young teaches acting alongside his other projects. [9]

Keye Luke was a Chinese-American film and television actor,technical advisor,artist,and a founding member of the Screen Actors Guild. He portrayed Lee Chan,the "Number One Son" in the Charlie Chan films,the original Kato in the 1939–1941 Green Hornet film serials,Brak in the 1960s Space Ghost cartoons,Master Po in the television series Kung Fu,and Mr. Wing in the Gremlins films. He was the first Chinese-American contract player signed by RKO,Universal Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and was one of the most prominent Asian actors of American cinema in the mid-20th century.

Philip Ahn was an American actor and activist of Korean descent. With over 180 film and television credits between 1935 and 1978,he was one of the most recognizable and prolific Asian-American character actors of his time. He is widely regarded as the first Korean American film actor in Hollywood. He is not to be confused with Philson Ahn,another screen actor who broke into films in the late 1930s;Philson was Philip's younger brother.

A Kid from Tibet is a 1991 Hong Kong martial arts action film starring and directed by Yuen Biao,who also produced. The film was written by Barry Wong,Sam Chi-leung,and Chan Kam-cheong. The film features two more former members of the Seven Little Fortunes:Yuen Wah as an evil sorcerer and a cameo appearance from Jackie Chan. A Kid From Tibet is Yuen's only credit as director. It was filmed in Taiwan,Hong Kong and partly on location in Tibet.
Andy Hernandez,better known by his stage name Coati Mundi,is an American musician,percussionist,notably playing the vibraphone,and a member of Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band,then of Kid Creole and the Coconuts. He scored the Top 40 UK hit "Me No Pop I" in 1981,just before the release of Tropical Gangsters. Skinny Tiger,Fatty Dragon is a 1990 Hong Kong action comedy film directed by Lau Kar-wing,who also supporting role. The film stars Sammo Hung and Karl Maka. The trio had worked together in the late 1970s,making two films for Lau and Hung's short-lived Gar Bo Motion Picture Company. Whilst Lau continued to appear in Hung's films for Golden Harvest throughout the 1980s,Maka had gone on to co-run Cinema City. Skinny Tiger,Fatty Dragon was therefore something of a reunion for the three actors.

Cheung Ying was a Cantonese actor,writer and director from Hong Kong. He was born to a Fujian family. His father brought him to Hong Kong when he was young. His father was a founder of Fok Hing Chu Choi Hang (福興築材行) in Nam Pak Hong. Some of his siblings studied abroad in Italy and Japan. Cheung Ying could not go to Japan for his further study as his mom became sick after he graduated from Wah Yan College.

It is a tragic story set in Guilin,Province of Guangxi,in China,during the Second Sino-Japanese War,about a young widow’s pursuit of her desire.

Mission:Possible is a 2021 South Korean action comedy film written and directed by Kim Hyung-joo. Based on the Mission:Impossible series by Bruce Geller,the film stars Lee Sun-bin and Kim Young-kwang in the lead roles. The story follows the antics of secret agent Da-hee and an ex-special agent-turned-private detective Soo-han. The film was released in South Korea on February 17,2021.
