Roi Et Club Football (Thai : สโมสรฟุตบอลร้อยเอ็ด คลับฟุตบอล) is a football club based in Roi Et Province in north-eastern Thailand. They are currently members of the Thailand Amateur League North Eastern Region and play at the Pankkee Arena.
Thai, Central Thai or Ayutthaya or Siamese, is the sole official and national language of Thailand and the first language of the Central Thai people and vast majority of Thai of Chinese origin. Roi Et is one of the provinces (changwat) of Thailand, in the northeast of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are Kalasin, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Sisaket, Surin, and Maha Sarakham.
The club was established in 2008 and joined Regional League Division 2 North Eastern Region. They finished bottom of the division in 2009, [2] but were champions of the division two seasons later, advancing to the promotion play-offs, in which they finished fourth in a six-club group. They won their division again in 2012, but again only finished fourth in the promotion play-off group stage. After winning their regional division for a third successive season in 2013, the club won their group in the promotion play-offs, before going on to win the knock-out stages, defeating Chiangmai 2–0 on aggregate over two legs and earning promotion to Division One. Thai League 4, commonly known as the T4, is the Fourth Level League in Thailand. In 2009, it was divided into five groups by geographic region. Each group contained 16 clubs except for the Southern Region group which contained 13 clubs. It was sponsored by AIS and therefore officially known as the AIS Regional League Division 2. In 2016, Khor Royal Cup became a trophy for Regional League Division 2. In 2017, Football Association of Thailand rebranded the league to Thai League 4.

2011 Regional League Division 2 North-East Region is the 3rd season of the League competition since its establishment in 2009. It is in the third tier of the Thai football league system. The league winners and runners up will qualify for the 2011 Regional League Division 2 championship stage.
Roi Et's first season in Division One saw them finish fourth-from bottom, two points from safety, resulting in relegation straight back to Division Two. [4] Following league reorganisation in 2017, the division was renamed League 4. The club were excluded from the league the following year after failing to obtain a licence from the Thai FA. 2014 Thai League Division 1 is the 17th season of the League since its establishment in 1997. It is the feeder league for the Thai Premier League. A total of 18 teams will compete in the league this season.

Thailand Amateur League, commonly known as the TA, is the fifth level of Thai football organised by Thai League Co.,Ltd. It was started in 2017 by an idea from Police General Somyot Poompanmoung, the president of Football Association of Thailand for improving all Thai Amateur clubs to be better and allowing other clubs which are in other regions chances to play in a national FA tournament. In 2017, the tournament is divided into 12 regions and participated by 119 clubs which are former members Football Division 3, and debutants in the season. As the tournament is considered as the lowest level of Thai football, so the number of participants is unlimited as well as any club is able to send an application to participate in the tournament. In 2016 the Football Division 3 became a trophy for the Thailand Amateur League.
