Spotlight is a 2015 American biographical drama film directed by Tom McCarthy and written by McCarthy and Josh Singer. All episodes were directed by Brian O'Malley. The book was adapted to TV by Downton Abbey's Catherine Steadman. A second series is in development, with Katie McGrath replacing Janet Montgomery.
