Rowland Township is a nonfunctioning township in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States. [1] The United States Census Bureau's 5-year estimate (2011-2015) for the "civilian employed population 16 years and over" is 1018 +/-142. [2] It contains the town of Rowland. [3]
