Sai Tso Wan is an area near Kwun Tong in Kowloon,Hong Kong.
At the end of the 18th century,Hakka settled into the Cha Kwo Ling area,and quarrying became their main occupation. By that time,the villages of Cha Kwo Ling,Ngau Tau Kok,Sai Tso Wan and Lei Yue Mun were collectively called Sze Shan (四山,"Four Hills"). [1]

Clear Water Bay Road is a major road from Choi Hung Interchange in Ngau Chi Wan to Clear Water Bay,Sai Kung District. It also is a route to Sai Kung Town and Tseung Kwan O via Hiram's Highway and Hang Hau Road / Ying Yip Road respectively. An expressway deviation,New Clear Water Bay Road (新清水灣道),bypasses a steep,winding,1 in 6 alignment of Clear Water Bay Road near Shun Lee and Fei Ngo Shan.
Sai Tso Wan Recreation Ground is a multi-purpose playground in Sai Tso Wan,Kwun Tong District,in eastern Kowloon,Hong Kong. It is the first permanent recreational facility built on a landfill in the city.
Laguna City is a large-scale private-housing estates built in Sai Tso Wan,Kwun Tong District,in eastern Kowloon,Hong Kong. It was developed jointly by Cheung Kong Holdings and Hutchison Whampoa Property and completed in the early 1990s. The estate is also home to Laguna City Football Club and Laguna Gully Cricket Club.
