The discography of Australian singer Samantha Jade consists of four studio albums, twenty-five singles (including four as a featured artist), ten promotional singles and eleven music videos. After being announced as the winner of the fourth season of The X Factor Australia in 2012, Jade released her winner's single "What You've Done to Me", which debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart and was certified triple platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association for sales of 210,000 copies.

The Collective were an Australian boy band consisting of members Trent Bell, Julian De Vizio, Zach Russell, Jayden Sierra and Will Singe. They were formed during the fourth season of The X Factor Australia in 2012 and were the last contestant eliminated. The Collective subsequently signed with Sony Music Australia and released their debut single "Surrender", which debuted at number six on the ARIA Singles Chart. The group's self-titled album, The Collective, was released in December 2012 and debuted at number 11 on the ARIA Albums Chart. The Collective disbanded in 2015 to pursue solo careers.

"What You've Done to Me" was written by David Musumeci, Anthony Egizii, Tania Doko and Jörgen Elofsson, and produced by Musumeci and Egizii under their stage name DNA Songs. It debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart and was certified four times platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA), denoting sales of 280,000 copies. "What You've Done to Me" also reached number 40 on the South Korea Gaon International Digital Chart.

On 12 March 2014, "Up!" was announced as the official Socceroos song for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. It was also used to promote the sixth season of X Factor Australia.

It was released on 17 July 2015, as the lead single from Jade's second studio album, Nine, and debuted at number thirty-two on the Australian ARIA singles chart. The song's accompanying music video was released on the same day via YouTube and Vevo.
