Sandra Forgues (born 22 December 1969, in Tarbes), formerly known as Wilfrid Forgues, is a French slalom canoeist who competed as a male athlete from the late 1980s to the early 2000s (decade). In 2018, Forgues revealed publicly her identity as a trans woman. [1]
Competing in three Summer Olympics, she won two medals in the C2 event with a gold in 1996 and a bronze in 1992.
Forgues also won four medals in the C2 event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two golds (1991, 1997), a silver (1995), and a bronze (1993). She earned 5 more medals in the C2 team event (2 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze).
Forgues won the World Cup series in C2 in 1996 and 1997. She also won a silver medal in the C2 event at the 2000 European Championships.
Her partner in the boat throughout the whole of her career was Frank Adisson. [2]

Štěpánka Hilgertová is a former Czechoslovak-Czech slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1988 to 2017. Competing in six Summer Olympics, she won two gold medals in the K1 event, earning them in 1996 and 2000.
Jiří Rohan is a Czechoslovak-Czech slalom canoeist who competed in the 1980s and 1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won two silver medals in the C2 event, earning them in 1992 and 1996.
Miroslav Šimek is a Czechoslovak-Czech slalom canoeist who competed from the late 1970s to the late 1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won two silver medals in the C2 event, earning them in 1992 and 1996.
André Ehrenberg is a German slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1990 to 2003. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won a bronze medal in the C2 event in Atlanta in 1996.

They retired from canoe slalom in 2018 after the C2 event was discontinued and subsequently switched to wildwater canoeing. They retired from wildwater canoeing after the 2021 World Championships in their hometown Bratislava.

Nicolas Peschier is a French slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1999 to 2016. In the early part of his career he was specializing on the C1 class. He also competed in the C2 class from 2011 to 2015 together with Pierre Labarelle.
Thierry Saïdi is a French slalom canoeist who competed from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s. He specialized in the C2 event with Emmanuel del Rey being his partner in the boat.

Éric Biau is a French slalom canoeist who competed from the late 1980s to the late 1990s. He won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold, three silvers and three bronzes.

Richard John Hounslow is a British slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1999 until his retirement in 2016. He started out as a specialist in the kayak (K1) category, but in 2009 he also started competing in canoe doubles (C2) alongside David Florence. In his last season (2016) he concentrated on the C2 class exclusively.
Luka Božič is a Slovenian slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2006. He started out as a C2 paddler partnering Sašo Taljat in the boat until the C2 event was discontinued in 2017. Since 2013 he has been competing internationally in C1.
