Sartang-e Faleh (Persian : سرتنگ فالح‎, also Romanized as Sartang-e Fāleḩ)^[1] is a village in Susan-e Sharqi Rural District, Susan District, Izeh County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 284, in 49 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Susan-e Sharqi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Susan District, Izeh County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,517, in 965 families. The rural district has 29 villages.

Susan District is a district (bakhsh) in Izeh County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,539, in 2,871 families. The district has no cities. The district has two rural districts (dehestan): Susan-e Gharbi Rural District and Susan-e Sharqi Rural District.
