Abu ol Kheyr (Persian : ابوالخير‎, also Romanized as Abū ol Kheyr)^[1] is a village in Donbaleh Rud-e Jonubi Rural District, Dehdez District, Izeh County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 287, in 48 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Donbaleh Rud-e Jonubi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Dehdez District, Izeh County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,908, in 1,261 families. The rural district has 27 villages.
