Scope

The journal covers research on cell signaling and the processes of cellular regulation. In addition, the journal covers signaling networks, synthetic biology, systems biology, drug discovery, and computation and modeling of regulatory pathways. Besides full length articles, it also publishes reviews, focus articles, and editor-written highlights of select research papers. [1]

History

The journal was established in 1999 as Science's STKE. On January 8, 2008, it obtained its current name and volume numbering restarted at 1. As Science's STKE, the journal's last issue was volume 2007, issue 417, on December 18, 2007. [2]

Earth Surface Processes and Landforms is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by John Wiley & Sons on behalf of the British Society for Geomorphology. Michael B. Yaffe is an American scientist, professor, surgeon, and retired U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps Colonel. He is currently the David H. Koch Professor of Biology & Biological Engineering at MIT and a trauma surgeon at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. In 2016, the United States Army awarded him the Bronze Star Medal for his services as a trauma surgeon on active duty in Afghanistan. He also treated many of the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.
