Seventeen Days is the third studio album by American rock band 3 Doors Down. It was released on February 8, 2005, five years after the release of their debut album, The Better Life. It is the band's first album to debut atop the Billboard 200, and received both gold and platinum certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on March 14, 2005. [9] Its lead single, "Let Me Go", became the album's only song to enter the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 14. The album features a duet with Bob Seger on the single "Landing in London", and is the only 3 Doors Down studio album with Daniel Adair on drums, who left the group to join the Canadian rock band Nickelback in 2005.

The album's name comes from the band only having seventeen days off in between finishing up their Away from the Sun tour and returning to the studio to record the album. [10]

It contains four new studio tracks and eleven tracks recorded live in April 1994 for an MTV special. Two Top 40 Mainstream singles, "Get Over It" and "Love Will Keep Us Alive", were released from the album. It also features an acoustic version of "Hotel California". The four new studio recordings are the last to feature Don Felder, who was fired from the band in 2001.

Time of My Life is the fifth studio album by American rock band 3 Doors Down. It was released on July 19, 2011. The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and sold 59,800 copies in its first week of its release. The singles from the album included "When You're Young", "Every Time You Go", "What's Left", "Back to Me", and the title track. It is the last album to feature Matt Roberts before his departure from the band in 2012 and his death in 2016, as well as the last for Todd Harrell before he was arrested for vehicular homicide and fired from the band in 2013. The official cover artwork was revealed on June 25, 2011. The album's track listing was revealed on July 12, 2011.
