Shilpakala Padak is an award instituted by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) to recognize ten established artists for their contributions to the fields of Bangladeshi arts, theater, music, dance, instrumental music, folk music and film and others. [1] The academy is the principal state-sponsored national cultural center of Bangladesh as a statutory organization under the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. [2] The award is presented annually by the President of Bangladesh at National Theatre Hall Auditorium of Shilpakala Academy. The award includes ৳100,000, a certificate and an uttorio. [1]

Amalendu Biswas was a Bangladeshi stage actor. Calling Jatra Samrat, he specialized in jatra pala genre. He won Sequence of Merit Award by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in 1980. He was awarded Ekushey Padak by the Government of Bangladesh posthumously in 1989.

Lucky Enam is a Bangladeshi television and theatre personality. She was awarded Ekushey Padak by the Government of Bangladesh in 2019. She is the current chairperson of Bangladesh Shishu Academy since September 2019.

Shujeo Shyam is a Bangladeshi singer, composer, and music director. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director four times for the films Hason Raja (2002), Joyjatra (2004), Obujh Bou (2010) and Joiboti Konyar Mon (2021). He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2018 by the Government of Bangladesh.

Golam Mostafa Khan was a Bangladeshi dance artist. He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2020 and Shilpakala Padak in 2016 by the Government of Bangladesh.
