Sierra Leonean passports are issued to Sierra Leonean citizens for travel outside Sierra Leone. Sierra Leonean citizens can travel to member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

United States passports are passports issued to citizens and nationals of the United States of America. They are issued exclusively by the U.S. Department of State. Besides passports, limited use passport cards are issued by the same government agency subject to the same requirements. It is unlawful for U.S. citizens and nationals to enter or exit the United States without a valid U.S. passport or Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative-compliant passport-replacement document, though there are many exceptions, waivers are generally granted for U.S. citizens returning without a passport, and the exit requirement is not enforced.
Salvadoran passports are issued to citizens of El Salvador to travel outside the country.
Mauritian passports are issued to citizens of Mauritius for travel outside the country. As of 2007, Mauritius' Passport and Immigration Office processed an average of 434 passport applications each day.
Dutch passports are issued to citizens of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the purpose of international travel. As the Netherlands only distinguish one category of citizen, for all countries in the Kingdom, passports are the same for all four countries. The passport also serves as a means of identification as required by the Dutch law since 1 January 2005 for all persons over the age of fourteen. Dutch passports are valid for a period of ten years from issuing date. The passport complies with the rules for European Union passports. Since 26 August 2006 all passports are issued as a biometric passport with an embedded contactless smartcard RFID chip for storing biometric data. Every Dutch citizen is also a citizen of the European Union. The nationality allows for free rights of movement and residence in any of the states of the European Union, European Economic Area, and Switzerland.
Nigerian passports are issued to Nigerian citizens to travel outside of Nigeria. Nigeria now offers only electronic passports for new passport applications. These electronic passports, known also as the e-passport, are classified as either "Standard" or "Official", depending on intended use.
The Cape Verdean passport is issued to citizens of Cape Verde for international travel. Cape Verdean citizens can travel to member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) visa-free.
Ghanaian passports are issued exclusively by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration to Ghanaians granted citizenship in accordance with the Ghanaian nationality law. There are three types of passport booklets – contemporary (regular), service, and diplomatic passports. Ghanaian passport booklets are valid for travel by Ghanaians anywhere in the world, although the holder may need to obtain a visa from the destination country when travelling for some purposes. More than one valid Ghanaian passport of the same type may not be held.
The Ivorian passport is issued to citizens of Ivory Coast for international travel.
Togolese passports are issued to Togolese citizens to travel outside Togo. Togolese citizens can travel to member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) without a passport, national ID cards are sufficient.
Visitors to Senegal require a visa unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries. Visitors must hold passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
The ECOWAS passport is a common passport document for several countries in West Africa.
Republic of Guinea-Bissau passports are issued to citizens of Guinea-Bissau to travel outside the country. Guinea-Bissau citizens can travel to member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) without a passport.
Sierra Leone Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations is a ministerial department of the Government of Sierra Leone, and is responsible for foreign policy issues and International relations. The department advises the president on issues of Foreign Policies.
Malian passports are issued to Malian citizens to travel outside Mali. It is the only proof for international travel. It can also be used in identification for a national registration card or driver's license. It is also the primary proof for citizenship.

Nigerien passports are issued to Nigerien citizens to travel outside Niger. Nigerien citizens can travel to member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
Gambian passports are issued to Gambian citizens to travel outside the Gambia.
Visitors to Sierra Leone must obtain a visa from one of the Sierra Leonean diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
