Siveh Dar (Persian : سيوه در‎, also Romanized as Sīveh Dar; also known as Shīveh Darreh and Sīveh Darreh)^[1] is a village in Shepiran Rural District, Kuhsar District, Salmas County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 343, in 55 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Shepiran Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Kuhsar District, Salmas County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,052, in 1,625 families. The rural district has 17 villages.

Kuhsar District is a district (bakhsh) in Salmas County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 30,452, in 5,324 families. The District has no cities. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Chahriq Rural District, Shenetal Rural District, and Shepiran Rural District.
