"'Six Days" is a song by American trip-hop artist DJ Shadow, from his second album, The Private Press. The song was written by Brian Farrell and Dennis Olivieri, and was produced by DJ Shadow. It was released as the third official single from the album in 2002.
The main vocals of the song are sampled from the 1971 song "Six Day War" by the British band Colonel Bagshot, with some riffs taken from the 1970 song "I Cry in the Morning" by the American singer Dennis Olivieri. Brian Farrell of Colonel Bagshot and Olivieri are both given songwriting credits on the track.

The song's music video was directed by Hong Kong director Wong Kar-wai. It features actor Chang Chen and Malaysian model Danielle Graham.
Shadow approached Wong Kar-wai, one of his favorite directors, in an attempt to create a music video unlike his previous ones. Wong also happened to be a fan of Shadow's music and accepted. The idea was to make a short film revolving around the song's hook line: "Tomorrow never comes until it's too late..."
The plot is centered on a man (Chang) who, upon discovering his girlfriend (Graham) has cheated on him, tries to destroy all traces of their relationship, eventually realizing that this is futile, as what has happened cannot be undone. The video was shot by famed cinematographer Christopher Doyle, who has worked on most of Wong's films and has also shot films by directors Gus Van Sant, Barry Levinson and Phillip Noyce. It contains numerous instances of the number 426, a reference [citation needed] to Wong Kar-wai's then-upcoming film 2046.
A different and much faster-paced remix, by Soulwax, samples The B-52s song "52 Girls" throughout. This remix ended up on their remix album Most of the Remixes.

Fallen Angels is a 1995 Hong Kong neo-noir crime comedy-drama film written and directed by Wong Kar-wai. It features two intertwined storylines—one tells the story of a hitman wishing to leave the criminal underworld, the prostitute he starts a relationship with, and his agent, who is infatuated with him. The other story is of a mute ex-convict on the run from the police and a mentally unstable woman dumped by her boyfriend. Set in 1995 pre-Handover Hong Kong, Fallen Angels explores the characters' loneliness, their alienation from the situations around them, and yearning for connections in a hectic city.
Endtroducing..... is the debut studio album by American music producer DJ Shadow, released on September 16, 1996, by Mo' Wax. It is an instrumental hip hop work composed almost entirely of samples from vinyl records. DJ Shadow produced Endtroducing over two years, using an Akai MPC60 sampler and little other equipment. He edited and layered samples to create new tracks of varying moods and tempos.

Furious 7: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is the soundtrack to Furious 7. It was released on March 17, 2015, by Atlantic Records. The film had three initial promotional singles released from the soundtrack. The first was "Ride Out", performed by Kid Ink, Tyga, Wale, YG and Rich Homie Quan. "Ride Out" also had a music video alongside its release, and the second single was "Go Hard or Go Home", performed by Wiz Khalifa and Iggy Azalea. Both singles were released on February 17, 2015. "Off-Set", performed by T.I. and Young Thug was the final promotional single for the film, and had a music video accompanied its release.
Colonel Bagshot were an English rock band formed in the late 1960s in Liverpool, England. Originally called "Colonel Bagshot's Incredible Bucket Band", they began as a six-piece, eventually becoming a four-piece. Their final line-up included Brian Farrell, Ken Parry, Dave Dover, and Terry McCusker . The band released several singles and one studio album in 1971, which included their best-known song, "Six Day War", later remixed in 2002 by DJ Shadow and titled "Six Days" and by Mahmut Orhan in 2018 retitled "6 Days". The song was also sampled by Pusha T in “Just So You Remember,” from 2022’s “It's Almost Dry.”
