Skull Islet

Skull Islet is a small islet just off the shore of South Pender Island in British Columbia. It is on the east side of Bedwell Harbour. [1] Skull Islet is part of Gulf Islands National Park Reserve and is Authorized Access Only. [2]

Skull Island is the name of two small islands in the San Juan Archipelago in the U.S. state of Washington. The northernmost Skull Island is located off the coast of Orcas Island in Massacre Bay, the most northern extension of the island's West Sound. It is identified as 3.2-acre (1.3 ha) Skull Island State Park Property by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. It was named for holding skulls and bones of a band of Lummi who were killed by raiding Haida in 1858. Since 2013, it has been part of the San Juan Islands National Monument.

The Broken Group is a group of small islands and islets in the middle of Barkley Sound on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. It is protected as the Broken Islands Group Unit of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, which includes Long Beach, between Ucluelet and Tofino to Barkley Sound's northwest, and the West Coast Trail between Port Renfrew and Bamfield, to the southeast. The Belle Chain Islets, originally simply the Belle Chain are a group of small islands off the north end of Saturna Island on the west side of the Strait of Georgia on the South Coast of British Columbia, Canada. The Belle Chain Islets are part of Gulf Islands National Park Reserve and are Authorized Access Only except for Lot 65 which is available for day use by boaters and kayakers.

Bedwell Harbour is a harbour between South Pender Island and North Pender Island in British Columbia. Bedwell Harbour is close to the Canada–US border in Boundary Pass, and it is an official port of entry for sailors from the United States.

SMONEĆTEN Campground is located in the town of Sidney on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. SMONEĆTEN Campground is 20 hectares of forested parkland and can be accessed from the Pat Bay Highway. Previously, SMONEĆTEN Campground was managed by the province of British Columbia and known as McDonald Campground. Today SMONEĆTEN Campground is a part of Gulf Islands National Park Reserve. The campground was renamed to SMONECTEN in 2021.

Ilhéu de Santana is an uninhabited island in the Gulf of Guinea and is one of the smaller islands of São Tomé and Príncipe. The islet is located 0.7 nmi (1.3 km) off the east coast of the island of São Tomé near the town of Santana in Cantagalo District. It is 50 metres high. The islet was mentioned in the 1616 map by Jodocus Hondius as I. de S. Anne.

Stuart Channel is a strait in the Gulf Islands region of the Gulf of Georgia, separating Vancouver Island on the west from Thetis, DeCourcy and Penelakut (Kuper) Islands on the east. Ladysmith Harbour and the town of Chemainus face onto it from Vancouver Island. It is crossed by a BC Ferries route serving Thetis and Penelakut Islands.

Pedra da Galé is an uninhabited islet in the Gulf of Guinea, part of São Tomé and Príncipe. It lies 3.7 km west-northwest the north coast of the island of Príncipe. It is 190 meters long and up to 60 meters wide in its northern part, and four meters high. Since 2012, the islet forms a part of the Island of Príncipe Biosphere Reserve.

Ilhéu dos Mosteiros is an uninhabited islet in the Gulf of Guinea, part of São Tomé and Príncipe. It lies about 0.8 km off the northeast coast of the island of Príncipe. It is 20 metres high. Since 2012, the islet forms a part of Island of Príncipe Biosphere Reserve.
