St. Elizabeth Catholic High School is a high school in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada. St. Elizabeth CHS was founded by the York Catholic District School Board in 1987, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2007. St. Elizabeth is the home of Regional Arts Program for drama, dance, visual arts, and music students in York Region. The enrolment averages between 1300 and 1500 students per school year.
In the beginning, St. Elizabeth consisted of (and was only open to) grade nine students. However, the school added the tenth grade for the 1988–1989 school year and the eleventh grade for the remainder of 1989. Due to the overpopulation of school enrolment, a change of site was announced and the current location began construction in 1988. Once completed in January 1990, it was officially opened to students and staff in February 1990. The high school's original location (at 21 Mullen Drive in Thornhill) was changed to Holy Family Catholic School, and officially opened in September 1990.
Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy is a Catholic high school of the York Catholic District School Board. It is located at the intersection of 14th Avenue and McCowan Road in the city of Markham, Ontario. The school was founded by the York Catholic District School Board in 1989 and is named in honour of Father Michael J. McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus. The school is authorized as an International Baccalaureate World School. The school officially opened to students in September 1992.
Westmount Collegiate Institute is a high school in the Thornhill, Ontario district of the greater city of Vaughan. It opened its doors in 1996, as part of the multi-purpose campus now known as the Jean Augustine Complex, named for Jean Augustine, the first African Canadian woman elected to Parliament and appointed to the federal cabinet. The complex contains the high school, Rosemount Community Centre, and the City Playhouse Theatre, to which the school is given limited access. The school is part of the York Region District School Board. Westmount is one of the 29 secondary schools in the board which comprises 191 schools altogether. Westmount is known for its arts program and its strong academic program. Many awards have been given to recognize the art, drama, dance, and music program known as ArtsWest. Mathematics and the sciences were also recognized with York Regional awards. The school is three levels with the first floor hosting many Arts, tech classes and the gymnasium, the second floor is prevalent in languages, and the third floor has many computer based classes, mathematics, business, and sciences.

St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic High School, also known as SJB, is a Catholic high school located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Opened in September 2005 to about 600 students, it has since grown to about 1500 enrolled students. The school started with only grades 9 and 10 in the first year it opened. SJB is part of the York District Catholic School Board (YCDSB). St. Jean de Brebeuf has six computer labs, two full size gyms, two full size soccer fields, tennis courts, and a baseball diamond. It has an agreement with the Vellore Village Community Center, which is directly connected to the school, granting students patronage of the full size swimming pool, gym and youth room.
Holy Cross Catholic Academy is a Catholic high school. It was first established in September 1986 to serve western Woodbridge, a community in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The school currently serves grades nine through twelve. In 1990, the school celebrated its first graduating class. Archbishop Robert Clune blessed the building on May 2, 1990. The school's tenth anniversary was inaugurated with the planting of a tree at the front of the school, which is marked by way of a metal plaque. Holy Cross Catholic High School was converted to a Catholic Academy in 1998 due to pressures from the Ontario government to enhance education in technical development. Its feeder schools include St. Peter's Catholic Elementary School, St. Clement Catholic Elementary School, San Marco Catholic Elementary School, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Elementary School, and St. Angela Merici Catholic Elementary School, all in the Woodbridge area.
