The St Piran Football League is a football league, the Premier Division of which operates at level 11 of the English league system. The league was founded in 2019 to act as a regional feeder league to the South West Peninsula League. [1] All member clubs are based in Cornwall, except for a very small number based in Devon.
Following the 2022–23 season, the league absorbed the East Cornwall League, the Cornwall Combination, the Duchy League and the Trelawny League. Originally consisting of two divisions, the expanded St Piran League now consists of five East leagues and five West leagues.

Porthleven Football Club is a Cornish football club based in Porthleven in Cornwall. Founded in 1896, the club competed in the South Western League from 1967 to 1977 and again from 1989 until the dissolution of the league in 2007, when they joined the new South West Peninsula League. They currently play in the St Piran League Premier Division West.
Penryn Athletic F.C. is a football club based in Penryn, Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. Their women's team play in Division One of the Earthbound Electrical Cornwall Women's Football League and the men's team play in the St Piran league, and stage their home games at the 1,500 capacity Kernick Road ground. They also run a team in the Trelawny League.

The East Cornwall Premier League (ECPL) was an English football competition based in Cornwall and west Devon, in the United Kingdom, formed in 1960. The league operated at level 12 of the English football league system and last consisted of 16 clubs. Due to a sponsorship arrangement, the league was latterly known as the RRL East Cornwall Premier League.
The Duchy League was an English football competition based in the eastern half of Cornwall, but also included a few sides from over the border in Devon. The League was formed in 1965 as a merger of the Liskeard & District League and the St. Austell & District League. It had three divisions headed by the Duchy League Premier Division, which operated at level 13 of the English football league system. It was a feeder to the East Cornwall League. In 2014–15, Padstow United won the Premier Division, and earned promotion to the East Cornwall League.
Counties 1 Western West is an English rugby union league. Originally a single division called Western Counties, in 1996 the division split into two regional leagues called Western Counties North and Western Counties West. Western Counties West was renamed Counties 1 Western West prior to the 2022–23 season and is currently a seventh tier league for clubs based in the south-west of England; mainly Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. The champions are promoted to Regional 2 South West. The number of teams relegated depends on feedback following promotion and relegation in the leagues above, but can be one, two or three, to either Counties 2 Cornwall, Counties 2 Devon or Counties 2 Somerset, depending on location.
Cornwall/Devon League was an English level eight, rugby union league for clubs principally based in Cornwall and Devon. Following the reorganisation of the English rugby union leagues in 2022, the league was replaced by two level eight leagues based in Cornwall and Devon. The Pirates Amateurs won the last competition in season 2021–22 and were promoted to Counties 1 Western West
Counties 2 Cornwall is an English level eight rugby union league for clubs based in Cornwall. The champions are promoted to Counties 1 Western West and two teams are relegated to Counties 3 Cornwall. For the first time, reserve teams are allowed to participate. The current champions are Redruth II.
The Trelawny League was an English association football league comprising clubs from West Cornwall, formed from a merger between the Mining League and the Falmouth & Helston League at the end of the 2010–11 season.
