Star-Crossed: Unveiled was the concert tour by American singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves in support of her fifth studio album, Star-Crossed (2021). [1] It began on January 19, 2022, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, and took place across cities in the United States, Europe and Japan. It concluded in Austin, Texas, United States, on October 16, comprising 27 shows. [2] King Princess and MUNA served as opening acts during the first leg of the tour in the United States. [3]
On 30 August 2021, Kacey Musgraves formally announced Star-Crossed: Unveiled, with 15 shows across North America in January and February the following year. Tickets went on sale September 9, with an American Express presale running from September 2 until September 8. [4] A music video for her single "justified" was released in conjunction with the tour announcement. [5] Only the show in Toronto was cancelled due to the severe weather conditions. On 25 May 2021, The Primavera Sound Festival announced its 2022 line up. Musgraves was originally set to perform at the festival back in 2020 but the festival was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [6] On 4 February 2022, Musgraves was announced to headline the Hampton Court Palace Festival and on 10 May 2022 Musgraves was announced to headline the Austin City Limits Festival. [7] On 24 June 2022, Adele announced Musgraves as her support for her two July 2022 shows in Hyde Park, London. [8]

Primavera Sound is an annual music festival held at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, Spain, during late May and early June. It was founded in 2001 by Pablo Soler as "a showcase for Spanish noise bands", originally held at the Poble Espanyol before moving to the Parc del Fòrum, a much larger site on the seafront, in 2005. It is one of the largest and most-attended music festivals in Europe and the biggest in the Mediterranean.
Kacey Lee Musgraves is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. She began her career in the early 2000s, when she self-released three solo albums and recorded another album as a member of the duo Texas Two Bits. In 2007, Musgraves appeared on the fifth season of the USA Network singing competition Nashville Star, where she finished in seventh place. In 2012, she signed with Mercury Nashville and released the hit single "Merry Go 'Round". Her major-label debut studio album, Same Trailer Different Park (2013), won the Grammy Award for Best Country Album at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.
The Delta Machine Tour was a 2013–14 worldwide concert tour by English electronic music band Depeche Mode in support of the group's 13th studio album, Delta Machine, released 22 March 2013. Following a warm-up show in Nice, France on 4 May 2013, the tour kicked off in Tel Aviv, Israel, and continued through Europe until late July. A North American tour followed in late August, beginning in the Detroit suburb of Clarkston, Michigan and culminating in Austin, Texas in early October. The band performed at the Austin City Limits Music Festival, which in 2013 was held across two weekends for the first time. A second leg in Europe went from 3 November Abu Dhabi to 7 March 2014 Moscow. Among the dates were Dublin, Amsterdam, Oslo and Belfast, their first shows in Northern Ireland in almost 30 years.
Sonic Highways World Tour was a concert tour by American rock band Foo Fighters, in support of their eighth studio album Sonic Highways. The tour abruptly ended after the November 2015 Paris attacks which included the slaughter of fans and crew at a concert by fellow U.S. rock band Eagles of Death Metal. The band were playing in Bologna on the night of the attacks and had been due in Paris after leaving Italy.

Musgraves co-wrote all 13 tracks and co-produced the album with Luke Laird and Shane McAnally. Poolside, Yola, Weyes Blood and Lucius served as opening acts during the tour, while Maggie Rogers served as a one night only support for the tour ending their tours together in the same venue.
