Goodbye & Good Riddance is the debut studio album by American rapper and singer Juice Wrld. It was released on May 25, 2018, by Grade A Productions and Interscope Records. Production was primarily handled by Nick Mira alongside several other record producers, including Benny Blanco, Cardo, CBMix, Don Rob, Dre Moon, Ghost Loft, and Mitch Mula. It features a sole guest appearance from fellow American rapper Lil Uzi Vert. Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne, known professionally as Ski Mask the Slump God, is an American rapper. He initially rose to prominence alongside XXXTentacion and their collective Members Only. In 2017, he released the singles "BabyWipe" and "Catch Me Outside", both of which were featured on his mixtape You Will Regret (2017), which was certified Gold by the RIAA.

The soundtrack for the 2018 American animated superhero film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, based on the Miles Morales incarnation of the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man and produced by Sony Pictures Animation, consists of a soundtrack featuring original songs written for and inspired by the film and an original score composed by Daniel Pemberton. The soundtrack was released under the title Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse under the Republic Records label on December 14, 2018, while Pemberton's score was released as Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse under the Sony Classical label three days later.

"Faucet Failure" is a single by American rapper Ski Mask the Slump God from his 2018 album Stokeley, released as the only single on April 9, 2019. Prior to being released as a single, a music video was released for the track in February 2019. Later in March, it respectively peaked at numbers 87 and 55 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the Canadian Hot 100.

"Nuketown" is a song by American rapper Ski Mask the Slump God, featuring vocals from fellow American rapper Juice WRLD. It was released as the second track off of Ski Mask the Slump God's debut studio album, Stokeley. "Nuketown" was the first track that Juice WRLD and Ski Mask the Slump God had recorded in mid 2018; however, it was the only track that would be officially released during Higgins' lifetime. The track is very reminiscent of the loud aggressive tracks that Goulbourne used to release with the late XXXTentacion, with Juice WRLD paying homage to him on his verse on the track.

7 is the second extended play (EP) and major label debut by American rapper and singer Lil Nas X. The EP was released on June 21, 2019, by Columbia Records. It was preceded by the Billboard Hot 100 number one single "Old Town Road", "Panini", and "Rodeo". The extended play features guest appearances from Cyrus, Travis Barker, and Cardi B. Despite receiving a mixed reception from critics, 7 received six Grammy Award nominations, including a nomination for Album of the Year. At under 19 minutes, it is the shortest release to be nominated for the award in Grammy Award history.

The project features guest appearances from Lil Mosey, Juice WRLD, YNW Melly, Chris King, Quan'ta, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Smokepurpp, Tory Lanez, DaBaby, Lil Yachty, Pi'erre Bourne, Youv Dee, Lil Wop, and Mariah the Scientist. The deluxe edition was released on February 21, 2020, featuring additional guest appearances from Chance the Rapper, Russ, Young Thug, Lil Tecca, Lil Durk, G Herbo, and SahBabii.

JackBoys is a collaborative compilation album by American record label Cactus Jack Records, under the name JackBoys, led by Travis Scott. It was released through the label alongside Epic Records on December 27, 2019. The album features guest appearances from Rosalía, Lil Baby, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Quavo, Offset, Young Thug, and Pop Smoke. JackBoys is a hip hop collective of rappers signed to Scott's Cactus Jack imprint, including Scott himself, Wes, Toliver, Luxury Tax 50, and Scott's DJ Chase B. Upon debut, JackBoys opened atop the US Billboard 200 on January 11, 2020, becoming the first number one album of the 2020s. This is Scott's third album to debut atop the chart since his third studio album, Astroworld (2018).

Trip At Knight is the fourth studio album by American rapper and singer Trippie Redd. It was released on August 20, 2021, through 1400 Entertainment and 10k Projects. The album features guest appearances from SoFaygo, Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Ski Mask the Slump God, Polo G, Lil Durk, Babyface Ray, Sada Baby, and Icewear Vezzo; alongside late rappers Juice WRLD and XXXTentacion. Trippie Redd embarked on a tour in support for the album just days after its release. It is a spin-off to Life's a Trip, his debut album.
