Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, also commonly referred to as Stonebridge PTC or simply Stonebridge, is a lifestyle center in Woodbridge, Virginia, United States. It features a mix of retail, office buildings, and apartments. was developed by Roadside Developments and construction beginning in 2007. Stonebridge is located along Interstate 95 just east of the freeway, with Opitz Boulevard (SR 2000) to the north, Dale Boulevard (SR 784) to the south, and Potomac Center Boulevard to the east. Continuous expansions to the center are made, with recent additions such as the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Potomac Town Center condominiums.

Construction of Stonebridge first began in 2007, with the flagship store Wegmans opening in 2008 at the northern end. [1] With completion of construction nearing, the grand opening of the shopping center was in 2012, with some businesses remaining under construction. [2]

In 2012, a plot of forested area beside Stonebridge was chosen to be the new Potomac Nationals stadium, replacing their current home at Pfitzner Stadium along with a commuter parking garage. [3] However, in 2017, plans for this stadium were cancelled and the team moved to Fredericksburg to a new stadium in 2020, and plans for only the commuter garage remained. [4] The commuter garage will be the first in Prince William County and plans for the project will include a ramp providing access to the Interstate 95 Express Lanes. [5]

In June 2018, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema opened its fourth Virginia location and the largest movie theater in the Woodbridge area at Stonebridge. [6] [7]

On August 25, 2023 Kimco Realty acquired the shopping center for $173 million. [8]

State Route 123 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. The state highway runs 29.27 miles (47.11 km) from U.S. Route 1 in Woodbridge north to the Chain Bridge across the Potomac River into Washington from Arlington. It goes by four local names. From its southern terminus to the Occoquan River Bridge, it is known as Gordon Boulevard. From the Occoquan River Bridge to the city of Fairfax it is known as Ox Road. From Fairfax until it enters the Town of Vienna, it is known as Chain Bridge Road. Then, as it passes through the Town of Vienna, it is known as Maple Avenue. After leaving the Town of Vienna, the name reverts to Chain Bridge Road, and continues this way until the intersection with I-495 in Tysons. Between Tysons and the George Washington Memorial Parkway, it is known as Dolley Madison Boulevard. After crossing over the George Washington Memorial Parkway, the name once again reverts to Chain Bridge Road and continues this way until the end of the road, at Chain Bridge. SR 123 is a partial circumferential highway in Northern Virginia that connects Woodbridge in eastern Prince William County with the independent city of Fairfax and the Fairfax County communities of Vienna, Tysons, and McLean, the last being the home of the National Counterterrorism Center and the Central Intelligence Agency. The state highway also connects all of the major highways that radiate from Washington, including Interstate 95 (I-95), I-66, US 29, US 50, SR 267, and the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Furthermore, SR 123 crosses another pair of circumferential highways, I-495 and the Fairfax County Parkway, and SR 7, a major northwest–southeast highway through Northern Virginia. The state highway is a part of the National Highway System for its entire length.

Christown Spectrum is the oldest operating mall in Phoenix, Arizona and was the third shopping mall built in the city. It is located at 1703 W. Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The name Christown Spectrum is derived from Chris-Town Mall and Phoenix Spectrum Mall, previous names. Today it exists as an enclosed shopping mall, although the enclosed portion of the mall was greatly reduced when redevelopment changed the configuration closer to a power center.

Torrance Promenade, formerly Old Towne, is a shopping mall in Torrance, California, United States. The original Old Towne mall built in 1972 featured a mix of shopping, amusement and entertainment. The property was converted to a strip mall in 1989 and renamed Torrance Promenade.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Metro Theater (New York City)</span> Former movie theater in Manhattan, New York

The Metro Theater is a defunct movie theater at 2626 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City. It was designed by architecture firm Boak and Paris and built between 1932 and 1933. The theater is designed in the Art Deco style and originally contained 550 seats. Although the theater's interior was demolished after it was closed in 2005, the original façade remains intact as of 2023 and is a New York City designated landmark.
