Stuff I Used to Do (stylized as stuff i used to do.) is a retrospective compilation album by Canadian electronic music producer Deadmau5. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] The first 13 tracks were prereleased and available for free via file-sharing on WeTransfer on February 24, 2017. Background

The release had previously been confirmed in a Facebook post from Deadmau5's Mau5trap label that initially announced its release for free. [16] [17] It was then officially released on March 3, 2017 for digital download only.

The compilation was originally supposed to feature the original version of "Creep" that was on the Spotify release of Album Title Goes Here for a limited time, "The Big Difference" from Deadmau5 Circa 1998–2002 , "Oblistique" from Project 56 , & "Bored of Canada" from Get Scraped . [18] These tracks were omitted from the final tracklist for unknown reasons.

Several tracks from the album were previously released on other albums and compilations:

While not released officially on any of his albums, the track "HaxPigMeow" was originally uploaded on deadmau5's SoundCloud account, before it was deleted in 2016, under the title "Get in the Pig Meowingtons".[ citation needed ] The track also featured elements that would later become the track "Infra Turbo Pigcart Racer", released on his seventh studio album While(1<2) in 2014.

Zimmerman later re-released the tracks "Screen Door", "Long Walk Off A Short Pier", "Superlover", "Obsidian", and a reworked version of "My Opinion" on his 2017 compilation album Stuff I Used to Do. The compilation's tracks have been uploaded to social networking site YouTube, but most of the songs have approximately five seconds cut from the beginning due to technical error.

The album's title, which was suggested by fans on Twitch, refers to a computer directory on Zimmerman's network-attached storage server used to store the master tracks of the songs on the album. The album features several tracks Zimmerman uploaded to his SoundCloud account, prior to it being compromised. W:/2016Album/ is also his first studio album to be released exclusively by Mau5trap. Where's the Drop? is an orchestral compilation album by Canadian electronic music producer Deadmau5. The album comprises re-imagined orchestral arrangements of his previous work, in collaboration with Gregory Reveret. It was released through Mau5trap, initially exclusively on the music streaming service Tidal on March 30, 2018. The album was released on other digital download services and on vinyl on June 29, 2018. A remix album, containing remixes of the tracks by various other artists, entitled Here's the Drop!, was released on October 4, 2019.
