Syed Wahiduzzaman Diamond is a Bangladeshi filmmaker. [1] He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Director for his direction of the film Gangajatra (2009). [2]

Career

In 2006, Diamond directed a film Nacholer Rani, based on the life of the peasant activist Ila Mitra. [3] He directed Gangajatra in 2009 which won National Film Awards in eight categories [4] and Bachsas Awards in seven categories. [5]

In 1986, he won the Bachsas Awards in 3 categories for the film Griha Bibad. He won Bangladesh National Film Awards in best dialogue writer category for Satya Mithya film in 1989.

Syed Salahuddin Zaki is a Bangladeshi film director, producer and film writer. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Dialogue for the film Ghuddi (1980). He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2021.
