Tang-e Vard (Persian : تنگورد‎; also known as Āb-e Sang Āb and Āb Sangāb)^[1] is a village in Tashan-e Gharbi Rural District, Tashan District, Behbahan County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 79, in 13 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Tashan-e Gharbi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Tashan District, Behbahan County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,173, in 863 families. The rural district has 20 villages.

Tashan District is a district (bakhsh) in Behbahan County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,829, in 2,855 families. The District has one city Tashan. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Tashan-e Gharbi Rural District and Tashan-e Sharqi Rural District.
