The Tennessee Lottery 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Nashville Superspeedway. Traditionally held on Holy Saturday from 2001 to 2011, the race was removed when Dover Motorsports ceased operations of this track and Gateway International Raceway. [3] It was reinstated in 2021 when Dover Motorsports took the second date away from Dover International Speedway and realigned it to reopening the Nashville Superspeedway, with the date moved to the Cup weekend in June. [4]

The 2021 Tennessee Lottery 250 was a NASCAR Xfinity Series race held on June 19, 2021. It was contested over 189 laps -- extended from 188 laps due to an overtime finish -- on the 1.33-mile (2.14 km) superspeedway. It was the fifteenth race of the 2021 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Joe Gibbs Racing driver Kyle Busch, collected his third win of the season. Busch also became the first driver in NASCAR Xfinity series history to win 100 races.

The race was held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Gladeville, Tennessee at Nashville Superspeedway, a 1.333 miles (2.145 km) permanent D-shaped racetrack. The race took it's scheduled 188 laps to complete. Justin Allgaier, driving for JR Motorsports, put on a dominating performance, winning both stages, and leading 134 laps for his 18th career Xfinity Series win, along with his second of the season. To fill out the podium, Trevor Bayne, driving for Joe Gibbs Racing, and Riley Herbst, driving for Stewart-Haas Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The 2004 Pepsi 300 was the seventh stock car race of the 2004 NASCAR Busch Series and the fourth iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, April 10, 2004, in Gladeville, Tennessee at Nashville Superspeedway, a 1.333 miles (2.145 km) permanent D-shaped racetrack. The race took its scheduled 225 laps to complete. With two laps to go, the four leaders in the race, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Johnny Benson Jr., and Robby Gordon were involved in an accident when Bowyer tapped Busch exiting turn two. At the last second before the caution, then sixth-place driver, Michael Waltrip Racing driver Michael Waltrip, would pass then fifth-place driver, Brewco Motorsports driver Johnny Sauter, to take the lead when the caution was thrown by NASCAR. NASCAR would hand Waltrip the victory, and Sauter would earn second place. The win was Waltrip's 11th and to date, final career NASCAR Busch Series win and his only win of the season. To fill out the podium, Kasey Kahne, driving for Akins Motorsports, would finish third.

The race was held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in Gladeville, Tennessee at Nashville Superspeedway, a 1.333 miles (2.145 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 188 laps, but was extended to 196 laps due to a NASCAR overtime finish. In a race that saw multiple cautions, A. J. Allmendinger, driving for Kaulig Racing, would dominate the final portions of the race, and hold off the field on the final restart to earn his 17th career NASCAR Xfinity Series win, and his second of the season. Allmendinger's teammate, Chandler Smith, dominated the majority of the race, leading a race-high 74 laps. To fill out the podium, Riley Herbst, driving for Stewart-Haas Racing, and Sam Mayer, driving for JR Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
