The Tennessee Lottery 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Nashville Superspeedway. Traditionally held on Holy Saturday from 2001 to 2011, the race was removed when Dover Motorsports ceased operations of this track and Gateway International Raceway. [3] It was reinstated in 2021 when Dover Motorsports took the second date away from Dover International Speedway and realigned it to reopening the Nashville Superspeedway, with the date moved to the Cup weekend in June. [4]

Dover Motor Speedway is a race track in Dover, Delaware. The track has hosted at least one NASCAR Cup Series race each year since 1969, including two per year from 1971 to 2020. In addition to NASCAR, the track also hosted USAC and the Indy Racing League. The track features one layout, a 1.03 mi (1.66 km) concrete oval, with 24° banking in the turns and 9° banking on the straights. The speedway is owned and operated by Speedway Motorsports.
Nashville Superspeedway is a 1.330-mile (2.140 km) tri-oval intermediate speedway in Lebanon, Tennessee. The track has held a variety of racing series since its opening in 2001, including NASCAR and the IndyCar Series. It has been owned by Speedway Motorsports, LLC (SMI) since 2021, with Matt Greci currently serving as the track's general manager. The track is served by Interstate 840 and Tennessee State Route 452.
Speedway Motorsports, LLC is an American company that owns and manages auto racing facilities that host races sanctioned by NASCAR, NHRA, World of Outlaws and other racing series. The company was founded by Bruton Smith and has its headquarters at Charlotte Motor Speedway, in Concord, North Carolina, just north of Charlotte. Speedway Motorsports owns nine racing facilities with a combined seating capacity of approximately 885,000. In addition to operating racetracks, Speedway Motorsports owns Performance Racing Network (PRN), U.S. Legend Cars International, and co-owns Motorsports Authentics.
The Rackley Roofing 200 is a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race held at Nashville Superspeedway in Gladeville, Tennessee. The race, which was previously held from 2001 to 2011, returned to the schedule in 2021 after ten years away.
The SRS Distribution 250 was a NASCAR Xfinity Series race that has taken place each spring at Texas Motor Speedway since 1997. Since 2005, this has been one of two races for the series at the track, the other being the Andy's Frozen Custard 300 in the fall.
The Federated Auto Parts 300 is a discontinued NASCAR Nationwide Series race that took place at Nashville Superspeedway. DGM Racing is a Canadian professional stock car racing team that currently competes in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The team is owned by Mario Gosselin. The team is now located in Lake Wales, Florida,The team formerly fielded a Truck Series team and an ARCA team. Gosselin won two ARCA races with the team. The team currently fields two Chevrolet Camaros, the No. 91 full-time for Kyle Weatherman and the No. 92 full-time for multiple drivers. The team also fields the No. 36 Chevrolet Camaro part-time for Natalie Decker.
Chad C. Finchum is an American professional stock car racing driver. The 2004 Pepsi 300 was the seventh stock car race of the 2004 NASCAR Busch Series and the fourth iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, April 10, 2004, in Gladeville, Tennessee at Nashville Superspeedway, a 1.333 miles (2.145 km) permanent D-shaped racetrack. The race took its scheduled 225 laps to complete. With two laps to go, the four leaders in the race, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Johnny Benson Jr., and Robby Gordon were involved in an accident when Bowyer tapped Busch exiting turn two. At the last second before the caution, then sixth-place driver, Michael Waltrip Racing driver Michael Waltrip, would pass then fifth-place driver, Brewco Motorsports driver Johnny Sauter, to take the lead when the caution was thrown by NASCAR. NASCAR would hand Waltrip the victory, and Sauter would earn second place. The win was Waltrip's 11th and to date, final career NASCAR Busch Series win and his only win of the season. To fill out the podium, Kasey Kahne, driving for Akins Motorsports, would finish third.

The race was held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in Gladeville, Tennessee at Nashville Superspeedway, a 1.333 miles (2.145 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 188 laps, but was extended to 196 laps due to a NASCAR overtime finish. In a race that saw multiple cautions, A. J. Allmendinger, driving for Kaulig Racing, would dominate the final portions of the race, and hold off the field on the final restart to earn his 17th career NASCAR Xfinity Series win, and his second of the season. Allmendinger's teammate, Chandler Smith, dominated the majority of the race, leading a race-high 74 laps. To fill out the podium, Riley Herbst, driving for Stewart-Haas Racing, and Sam Mayer, driving for JR Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
