Tephritis matricariae is a species of tephritid or fruit flies in the genus Tephritis of the family Tephritidae.^[2]^[3]

It is found in the Netherlands, Austria, the Balkans south to the Mediterranean, Turkey, and Egypt.^{[ citation needed ]}
