Capo Confucious and Mr. Majesty. The album reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States, selling 130,000 units in its first week. It was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America a month after its release date. The album is dedicated to the memory of Byron "Big B" Carlos McCane.

Despite being released for a major label, The album was poorly promoted and was a commercial failure, just managing to reach the bottom of the US Billboard 200 at number 200. The album's two singles, "Hyphy" and "Go Dumb", also failed to find much success, only reaching 88 and 95 respectively on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
