Elmsford is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. It is part of the New York metropolitan area. Roughly one mile square, the village is fully contained within the borders of the town of Greenburgh. As of the 2010 census, the population of Elmsford was 4,664.

Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Opened in 1974, it was the first enclosed shopping center in Greensboro. Currently it is anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney and it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is managed by Brookfield Properties. The shopping mall is located at the I-40 interchange with Gate City Boulevard, southwest of downtown.
The Galleria at White Plains is a former shopping mall located in downtown White Plains, New York, US, a commercial and residential suburb 20 miles (32 km) north of New York City. The mall featured the major anchors Macy’s and Sears, and junior anchors Forever 21, H&M and Blink Fitness. On December 21, 2022, it was announced that the Galleria at White Plains would permanently close and be replaced with a mixed use site. The mall closed its doors on March 31, 2023 after 43 years.
New Roc City, also known as New Rochelle Center, was an entertainment, retail and residential complex in the Downtown section of the city of New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. It was located at 33 LeCount Place, between Main Street North and Main Street South. The center was built on the site of the former New Rochelle Mall which closed in 1992.
The Tower at City Place is a 35-story condominium located at 10 City Place in the city of White Plains in Westchester County, New York. It was completed in 2005, and it opened on September 21 of that year with 212 residences and 3 commercial spaces. On August 5, 2021, the condo unit owners voted to remove the Trump brand. A rebranding committee was formed consisting of twenty residents and a new name was chosen. In January 2022, the building's board filed declarations to the condo amendment with the new official name, The Tower at City Place. Full rebranding was completed in May 2022. The building is attached to a municipal parking building whose rooftop holds the outdoor amenities for The Tower at City Place residents. Rooftop amenities include two tennis courts, a putting green, playground, a basketball court, and a 20-meter swimming pool, which is claimed to be "olympic size" in combination with the pool deck and lounge area, BBQ grilling stations and a bar area.
Green Tree Mall is an shopping mall located in Clarksville, Indiana, United States. The mall is located off of I-65 about four miles (6 km) north of downtown Louisville. It has a total area of 795,382 square feet (73,893 m2). It was named for a large boundary tree of considerable age that once stood at the location. Currently, there are more than 80 inline stores and 2 major anchor stores. The third anchor was Sears which closed on October 1, 2017. The mall is managed by Centennial Realty. Green Tree Mall is a retail anchor for the Clarksville area.
The New York, Westchester and Boston Railway Company, was an electric commuter railroad in the Bronx and Westchester County, New York from 1912 to 1937. It ran from the southernmost part of the South Bronx, near the Harlem River, to Mount Vernon with branches north to White Plains and east to Port Chester. From 1906, construction and operation was under the control of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad (NH) until its bankruptcy in 1935.
Eastview is a business district and former hamlet in Mount Pleasant, Westchester County, New York, United States, located approximately 25 miles north of Midtown Manhattan. It was primarily residential, and had a post office, railroad station, and school. In the late 1920s, John D. Rockefeller, Jr. purchased most of the hamlet's property and razed the buildings. The Hammond House, a National Register of Historic Places-listed farmhouse dating to the 1720s, is located in the district, on New York State Route 100C. Currently, dozens of commercial buildings have been developed in the area. The community is now most prominently known as the global headquarters for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, which moved into a newly constructed campus in 2014.

The Global Center for Health Innovation, also known as the Medical Mart, is a $465 million joint venture by Cuyahoga County and MMPI to construct a permanent showroom of medical, surgical and hospital goods along with a new Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Construction of the project on the historic Mall began May 2011 after being funded by a decades long 0.25% sales tax increase passed by Cuyahoga County commissioners in 2007. The Medical Mart concept is modeled after that of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, and was initially managed by MMPI, the same company that operates the Merchandise Mart. SMG was scheduled to assume management of the Global Center on November 15, 2013. As of November 2019, the center has remained mostly vacant since its completion, much of the space in the upper floor has been converted to meeting rooms, and it expected to move away from its medical focus as its largest tenants pull out.
New Rochelle Mall was an enclosed shopping mall located in the downtown business district of the suburban city of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York. Construction began somewhere and sometime between the 1940s and 1960s, with the mall opening in 1968, but had closed in 1992 with the entire site demolished in 1998.

The history of Westchester County, a county in the state of New York, can be traced back to the founding of a settlement between the Hudson River and Long Island Sound in the 17th century. The area now known as Westchester County had seen human occupation since at least the Archaic period, but significant growth in the settlements that are now incorporated into the county did not occur until the Industrial Revolution.
Ware's Department Store is a historic building located in the city of New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York and is significant for both architectural and commercial reasons. Ware's was Westchester's first and, for many years, largest department store, and was prominently located on New Rochelle's fashionable Main Street. The store operated from 1881 to the late 1930s, when the property was sold to the retailer Bloomingdale's to serve as their first suburban department store location. Not only was Ware's a key place in New Rochelle during its 20th-century boom years, its founder and owner, Howard R. Ware was a leading figure in the rapidly growing community as well. Ware first moved to New Rochelle from Massachusetts at the age of 13 and began to work as a clerk. In 1881 he became partner in the firm of Ware & Sheffield, which eventually became a stock company in 1913. Mr. Ware was a director and vice president of the National City Bank of New Rochelle, a founder and first president of the local Y.M.C.A. from 1899 to 1916, and an active member of St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church. He retired from his active business in 1932.
Milliron's Westchester, later The Broadway-Westchester, was a department store at 8739 S. Sepulveda Blvd., in Westchester, Los Angeles, designed by architect Victor Gruen. Its original design was considered a landmark in exterior architecture of retail stores, although much of the original design is no longer present. The building now houses a Kohl's.
