Toni Rose is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives. She has represented District 110 since 2013. [2]

At one time its shows were presented on the ESPN television network. Often the promotion provided programming five days a week,airing at 4 p.m. Eastern.
Highland Park Independent School District (HPISD) is a public school district based in University Park,Texas,within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. HPISD serves most of the town of Highland Park,all of the city of University Park,and two small portions of Dallas. Those two portions are one that is north of Greenbrier Drive,south of Northwest Highway,east of the Dallas North Tollway,and west of Douglas Avenue;and one that is west of Preston Road and north of Colgate Avenue. The Dallas Independent School District surrounds HPISD on all sides. HPISD administers seven schools and seven campuses. The District is run by a school board consisting of seven elected,unpaid members. The District's number for TEA reporting purposes is 057911.

John Henry Brown was an American journalist,military leader,author,politician,and historian,who served as a state legislator and as mayor of both Galveston (1856) and Dallas,Texas (1885-1887). Brown was among the first to publish scholarly histories of the state of Texas and the city of Dallas.
Toni Jo Henry was the only woman ever to be executed in Louisiana's electric chair. Married to Claude 'Cowboy' Henry,she decided to break her husband out of jail where he was serving a fifty-year sentence in the Texas State Penitentiary for murder. Together with Harold Burks,she took a ride with Joseph P. Calloway,whom they then robbed and murdered. Toni Jo Henry was convicted and sentenced to death. After three trials,she was executed by electrocution on November 28,1942. Her case generated several popular books and films including A Savage Wisdomand Stone Justice.
The 1972 United States House of Representatives elections in Texas occurred on November 7,1972,to elect the members of the state of Texas's delegation to the United States House of Representatives. Texas had twenty-four seats in the House,up one from the 1960s,apportioned according to the 1970 United States census.

On May 4,2019,the city of Dallas,Texas,held an election to choose the next Mayor of Dallas. The election began as a nonpartisan blanket primary,no candidate took a majority of over 50% of the total vote so the two top vote-earners Eric Johnson and Scott Griggs advanced to a runoff election on June 8. Incumbent mayor Mike Rawlings was unable to run for reelection due to term limits. Dallas also concurrently elected all 14 members of its city council,and 3 of the 9 total members of the Dallas Independent School District. Johnson won the runoff with 55.61%.
Jasmine Felicia Crockett is an American lawyer and politician who is the U.S. representative from Texas's 30th congressional district since 2023. Her district covers most of South Dallas County,central Dallas,Dallas Love Field Airport and parts of Tarrant County. A member of the Democratic Party,she previously represented the 100th district in the Texas House of Representatives.
