Top ModelCurves is the second Scandinavian edition of Top Model . The series sees a number of plus-size aspiring models from Denmark, Norway and Sweden. They competed against each other in a variety of challenges to determine who will win title of the next "top model" of Scandinavia along a lucrative modelling contract, and other prizes in the hope of a successful future in the modeling industry. The series was presented by Danish singer and songwriter Lina Rafn, Norwegian fashion journalist and television personality Janka Polliani, and Swedish fashion stylist Jonas Hallberg.

Vasaloppet is an annual long distance cross-country ski race held on the first Sunday of March. The 90 km (56 mi) course starts in the village of Berga, just south of Sälen in western Dalarna, Sweden, and ends in the town of Mora in the central part of the province. It is the oldest cross-country ski race in the world, as well as the one with the highest number of participants.

Per Jörgen Nilsson is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Jonas Hassen Khemiri is a Swedish writer. He is the author of six novels, seven plays, and a collection of essays, short stories and plays. His work has been translated into more than 25 languages. He has received the August Prize for fiction and a Village Voice Obie Award for best script. In 2017 he became the first Swedish writer to have a short story published in the New Yorker. Khemiri's novel The Family Clause (FSG) was awarded the French Prix Médicis and was a finalist for the National Book Award. Khemiri moved to New York in 2021 for a Cullman Fellowship at The New York Public Library and currently teaches in the Creative Writing program at NYU. In 2023 he was a Ben Belitt Distinguished Visiting Writer at Bennington College.
