Highland Park High School is a public, co-educational high school immediately north of downtown Dallas in University Park, Texas. It is a part of the Highland Park Independent School District, which serves approximately 32,200 residents who are predominantly college-educated professionals and business leaders. It serves all of University Park, most of the town of Highland Park, and portions of Dallas.
Midtown High School, formerly Henry W. Grady High School, is a public high school located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It began as Boys High School and was one of the first two high schools established by Atlanta Public Schools in 1872. In 1947, the school was named after Henry W. Grady, a journalist, orator in the Reconstruction Era. In December 2020, the Atlanta Board of Education announced the new name of Midtown which took effect June 1, 2021.
West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South, is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in the Princeton Junction section of West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades. The school is part of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, a regional school district serving students from West Windsor and from Plainsboro Township. It is one of two high schools in the district, the other being West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North.

Mandan High School is a public high school located in Mandan, North Dakota. It is the only high school within the Mandan Public Schools system, serving grades 9–12. In 2007 the Mandan Public School District renovated the high school. Mandan is the sixth-largest school district in the state of North Dakota. Mandan High School has an 88% graduation rate. Enrollment for the 2009–2010 school year was 1,056 students. The graduating class for the 2009–10 school year was 229 students. On April 1, 2010, Mandan High School was recognized for maintaining 100 years of continuous accreditation by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. In 2024, Mandan opened a new high school location.
Masconomet Regional High School is co-located with Masconomet Regional Middle School in Boxford, Massachusetts, United States and also serves the towns of Topsfield and Middleton. Masconomet Regional Middle School serves grades 7 and 8 while the Masconomet Regional High School serves grades 9 through 12. The current school superintendent is Michael Harvey. Both schools are located on the same property, and share a cafeteria, gym, auditorium, and buses.
Brecksville–Broadview Heights High School is a comprehensive public high school located in Broadview Heights, Ohio, United States. The school has approximately 1,350 students in grades 9–12. Students come from the communities of Brecksville, Broadview Heights, and a very small segment of North Royalton. The school year consists of two 90-day semesters with four nine-week grading periods (Quarters). Athletic teams are known as the Bees, and the school colors are crimson and gold.
St. John Paul II Catholic High School is a coed grades 9-12 college preparatory school, located in Huntsville, Alabama. St. John Paul II Catholic High School is the only Catholic parochial high school in the greater Huntsville area. It was founded in 1996 on 4810 Bradford Drive, previously known as Catholic High School. A new 55-acre (220,000 m2) campus was completed in late 2010 in Thornton Research Park. The new campus includes a chapel, academic wings, auditorium, gymnasium, and athletic fields.

According to US News 2016 Ranking of High Schools, Tippecanoe High School is 95th in Ohio and 1919th in the US. The mascot of the school is the Red Devil. Robert Emmet Hurley is an American basketball coach. At the now-closed St. Anthony High School in Jersey City, New Jersey, Hurley amassed 26 state championships in 39 years as a coach. On February 2, 2011, Hurley became the tenth coach in high school history to win 1,000 games. Five of his teams have gone undefeated.
Chris Derrick is an American distance runner who won 3 consecutive US Cross Country Championships in 2013–15. He attended Stanford University, where he earned 14 All-American honors and holds an American junior record in the 5000 meters.

Andy Trouard is a professional American Distance runner who competes in the 5000m for the Oregon Track Club Elite and has a personal best in the event of 13:21.07. In 2018, he won the NCAA Division I National Championship in the 3000m, won two team NCAA national championships in Cross Country with Northern Arizona University in 2016 and in 2017, and is an NCAA All-American in Track and Field.
