The Tunisia national Baseball5 team represents Tunisia in international Baseball5 competitions.
Tunisia first participated in the 2022 Baseball5 African Championship held in Dar es Salaam, where they finished with a 2–2 record in the round robin, advancing to the knockout stage. Tunisia beat Tanzania in the quarter finals but lost to South Africa in the semifinals. In the bronze medal game, Tunisia defeated Uganda 2 matches to 0 to claim the bronze medal. [2]
Tunisia was given a wild card spot by the World Baseball Softball Confederation to participate in the 2022 Baseball5 World Cup. [3]
In the world championship, held in Mexico City, Tunisia finished third in their group with a 2–3 record, qualifying to the Super Round, where they finished last after losing all their matches. Tunisia finished sixth in the tournament with an overall 2–6 record. [4]

The Chinese Taipei baseball team is the national men's baseball team of the Republic of China (Taiwan). It is governed by the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association. The team is ranked fourth in the world by the World Baseball Softball Confederation. The team is usually made up of professionals from Taiwan's Chinese Professional Baseball League, Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball, and Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball from the United States.
The WBSC Africas, formerly known as, African Baseball and Softball Association (ABSA), is the governing body of baseball and softball within Africa. As of June 2011, there are 24 members.
The WBSC World Rankings is a ranking system for national teams in baseball, softball, and baseball5. The teams of the member nations of the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC), baseball's world governing body, are ranked based on their tournament results with the most successful teams being ranked highest. A point system is used, with points being awarded based on the results of WBSC-recognized international tournaments. Under the existing system, rankings are based on a team's performance over the last four years, with major international tournaments awarded a higher weighting compared to minor international and continental tournaments.
World Baseball Softball Confederation is the world governing body for the sports of baseball, softball, and Baseball5. It was established in 2013 by the merger of the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) and International Softball Federation (ISF), the former world governing bodies for baseball and softball, respectively. Under WBSC's organizational structure, IBAF and ISF now serve as the Baseball Division and Softball Division of WBSC. Each division is governed by an executive committee, while the WBSC is governed by an executive board.

The championship was held from 23 to 26 May 2022, in the Tanzania National Indoor Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and was contested between ten national teams.
