The Lithuania national Baseball5 team represents Lithuania in international Baseball5 competitions.
Lithuania participated as hosts in the 2020 Baseball5 European Championship, where they reached the final, but lost to France 0 matches to 2. [2] [3]
As European runner-up, the Lithuanian team qualified to the inaugural Baseball5 World Cup played in Mexico City, where the team participated in the historic first game of tournament, but lost to Mexico 5–3 and 4–2. [4] Lithuania finished the championship 11th with a 2–6 record. [5]
Lithuania became European champions in 2023, after winning the 2023 Baseball5 European Championship defeating France 2 sets to 0, in a replay of the 2020 final. [6]

The World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe, known as WBSC Europe, was established on February 10, 2018, during a Congress of the Confederation of European Baseball and the European Softball Federation in Val d’Europe, France. the establishment of WBSC Europe followed the historic merger of the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) and the European Softball Federation (ESF). As of September 2022, WBSC Europe counts 40 members for baseball and 39 for softball.
The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) is the world governing body for the sports of baseball, softball, and Baseball5. It was established in 2013 by the merger of the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) and International Softball Federation (ISF). Under the WBSC's organizational structure, the IBAF and ISF now serve as the confederation's baseball and softball divisions, respectively. Each division is governed by an executive committee, while the WBSC is governed by an executive board.
The Baseball5 European Championship is the main championship tournament between national Baseball5 teams in Europe, governed by the WBSC Europe. The tournament serves as qualifier for the Baseball5 World Cup, with the top two teams qualifying for the world championship. France and Lithuania are the most successful teams, having won the championship once.
The 2020 Baseball5 European Championship was an international baseball5 tournament organized by the WBSC Europe. The championship was held from 28 February to 1 March 2020, in Vilnius, Lithuania and was contested between 14 national teams.

It is governed by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC). The 2025 edition will act as a qualifier for the mixed-gender Dakar 2026 Youth Olympics Baseball5 event, which will be Baseball5's first appearance at the Youth Olympics, as well as the first appearance of a mixed-gender team sport at an Olympic event.
The 2022 Baseball5 World Cup was the first edition of the Baseball5 World Cup, the mixed-gender Baseball5 (B5) world championship organized by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC). It was held in Mexico City from 7 to 12 November 2022. Twelve teams took part.

The Lithuanian Baseball Association is the national governing body of baseball in Lithuania. The association was established in 1987 and joined the International Baseball Federation and the Confederation of European Baseball in 1991.
The 2023 Youth Baseball5 World Cup was the first edition of the Youth Baseball5 World Cup, a mixed-gender Baseball5 tournament held in 2023 from 10–15 October. 12 countries participated, with Cuba beating France in the final.
