The Ukraine women's national water polo team represents Ukraine in international women's water polo competitions. The team has never qualified for a major international event (Olympics, World and European Championships). In 2023, the team debuted in the World Cup. The team never competed in the World League.
Ukraine women's national team qualified for the 2007 Women's European Water Polo Olympic Qualifier but finished last after losing all games.
Ukraine women's national team debuted in the qualification for the 1999 European Championships. The team played in group B and lost all their matches (against Greece, Germany, and Great Britain). [1]
In 2006, the team played in the qualifiers but finished last in their group (behind Greece, Spain, and Czech Republic).
During the 2012 qualifiers, Ukraine managed to secure two victories against Israel but lost to Spain and Great Britain, thus losing chances to qualify for the European Championships. Ukraine was drafted for the 2014 qualifiers in the group with the Netherlands, Great Britain, Portugal, and Israel. One victory over Israel was not enough to get through to the continental championships. Ukraine did not enter the qualifications for the 2016 European Championships.
In the playoffs of the 2018 qualifiers, Ukraine lost both matches (8–10 and 1–6) to Serbia after having hosted the Qualifying round 1 in Kyiv. [2] [3] [4] The next qualifiers were unsuccessful, too. Ukraine did not manage to overcome France. [5] During the 2022 qualifiers, Ukraine managed to play a draw with Ireland only and finished behind Germany, Romania, and Slovakia (the first two qualified for the Europeans). [6]
Ukraine is expected to face Serbia and the Czech Republic in the first round of the 2024 qualifiers. [7]

Kamianske (officially Dniprodzerzhynsk at that time) hosted the 2010 European Women's U19 Championships. Ukraine finished 14th (last) at the tournament. [8]
The Estonia men's national basketball team represents Estonia in international basketball matches. They are controlled by the Estonian Basketball Association. The team competed in their first international tournament at the 1936 Olympic Games. Estonia has also qualified for the EuroBasket six times overall, with their best results coming in 1937 and 1939. However, after 1939, Estonia halted national team activities due to the occupation of the Baltic states during World War II. Estonia would later rejoin FIBA in 1991, after regaining independence from the Soviet Union.

The team is managed by the Ukrainian Association of Football staff, committee of national teams. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2020 Women's European Water Polo Championship Qualifiers are a series of qualification tournaments aimed to establish the participants of the 2020 Women's European Water Polo Championship. The matches were contested in April and October 2019.
The EuroBasket Women 2023 qualification was held from November 2021 to February 2023 to decide the 14 teams to join the co-hosts Israel and Slovenia. It featured 38 teams split in ten groups of three or four teams. The ten group winners and the four best second-ranked teams qualified for the final tournament.
