The Ukraine national bandy team is Ukraine's national representative in the winter team sport of bandy. Two national teams exist, one for men and one for women. Both teams are organized by the Ukrainian Bandy and Rink bandy Federation. A national junior boys team has also competed internationally for Ukraine. This article deals chiefly with the men's senior national team. The national team's kit is in the Ukrainian colours of yellow and blue. [1]
The Ukraine national men's bandy team made its debut at the 2013 Bandy World Championship. The Ukraine women's national bandy team was scheduled to make its world debut at the 2022 Women's Bandy World Championship but had to withdraw due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. The women's team was to next attempt making its world debut at the 2023 Women's Bandy World Championship in Sweden. [2]
The national team made its debut at the men's 2013 Bandy World Championship (XXXIIIrd), and also participated at the 2014 Bandy World Championship (XXXIVth). For the 2015 Bandy World Championship, the team withdrew for political reasons due to the conflict with Russia over Crimea. At the 2016 Bandy World Championship (XXXVIth) they returned, capturing bronze in Division B, currently the national team's best performance in history.
The men's national team did not participate in the 2022 Bandy World Championship which was to be the first time the men's tournament was to be held since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. The tournament was cancelled due to the unforeseen impact of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The Ukraine national men's senior bandy team began competing in the Bandy World Championship making its debut at the 2013 Bandy World Championship. It did not compete in the 2015 or 2022 tournament.

Bandy is a winter sport and ball sport played by two teams wearing ice skates on a large ice surface while using sticks to direct a ball into the opposing team's goal.
The Ukrainian national ice hockey team is the national men's ice hockey team of Ukraine, and is controlled by the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine, and a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Ukraine is currently ranked 27th in the world by the IIHF as of the 2020 IIHF World Ranking, while their highest IIHF ranking is 11th. The Ukrainian Women's Professional Football League, WFPL, is part of the Ukrainian football clubs competitions among females that consists of two divisions, the Top League which has a professional status and the First League which was revived in 2013 after 20-year break and is a competition among amateur clubs. The UBRF was founded in 2007 and is based in Dnipro. The federation became a member of the Federation of International Bandy (FIB) in 2008. In 2012 the organization developed its modern orientation towards the growth of bandy in the Ukraine.
Federation of Swiss Bandy is the governing body for bandy and rink bandy in Switzerland. Its headquarters is in Lausanne. Federation of Swiss Bandy became a member of Federation of International Bandy in 2006.
2015 Bandy World Championship 2015 was the XXXVth Bandy World Championship. At the FIB congress held during the XXXIVth World Championship in 2014, it was announced that Khabarovsk in Russia had been elected as host city. It was also decided the Group A tournament would be played around the end of March/beginning of April, which means it would take place when the national bandy leagues in the major bandy playing countries, Finland, Norway, Russia and Sweden, would be finished for the season. Group B was played between February 1 and 6 and hit a new record attendance, already before the match for the bronze and the final.
The Bandy World Championship for youth teams is a group of sports tournaments held for bandy athletes competing for their junior national teams. There are four different age classes for boys and young men and one age class for girls. The tournaments are governed by the Federation of International Bandy.
The Bandy World Championship G-17, also designated Bandy World Championship F-17, is a Youth Bandy World Championship for girls' teams up to the age of 17 years. This is the only Youth Bandy World Championship age group for female players. Usually, only the core bandy playing nations are taking part, but the United States has also appeared on more than one occasion.
