In 1999, a remix by "Bob Marley vs. Funkstar De Luxe" reached number one on the US Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and number three on the UK Singles Chart.

It was released in September 1999 as the second single from their third studio album, Hooray for Boobies, which was released the following year in the United States and United Kingdom. In most territories, the song was released as the first single from the album, as "Along Comes Mary" was issued only in German-speaking Europe.

"I'm Outta Love" is the debut single of American singer Anastacia. Written by Anastacia, Sam Watters, and Louis Biancaniello and produced by the latter two, it was released on February 29, 2000, as the lead single from her debut album, Not That Kind (2000). The song became a major hit in Europe and Australia, reaching number one in Wallonia, Australia and New Zealand; it was the most successful song of 2000 in the latter two regions. It additionally reached the top five in several others, including France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
"Horny '98" is a house song by German producer Mousse T. featuring British pop duo Hot 'n' Juicy with vocals provided by Inaya Day. It was released in May 1998 by Peppermint Jam and Edel, and reached number two on the UK Singles Chart in the following month, staying on the chart for 17 weeks. The song also reached number one in Italy, number two in New Zealand, and number five in Ireland. It was later included on the South Park soundtrack album Chef Aid: The South Park Album (1998). Two different music videos were produced for the song.
"Written in the Stars" is a song by English musician Elton John and American singer LeAnn Rimes. The song came from the musical Aida, written by Elton John and Tim Rice. There are two different recordings of the song, one with Rimes performing the first verse, the other with John. The song was later featured on Rimes' 2002 album I Need You and the concept album for the musical. The song was performed live at VH1 Divas Live '99.

"Flying High" is a song by German musician known under the pseudonym of Captain Hollywood Project, released in November 1994 as the first single from his second album, Animals or Human (1995). Vocals are by Lori Glori, but uncredited. It is a fast and strong Eurodance song, it achieved moderate success in several countries. A second CD maxi composed of two new remixes was launched in February 1995. Its music video was directed by Rainer Thieding. Ten years later, in 2005, a new remix of "Flying High" was released, reaching the Top 20 on European club charts.
"Coco Jamboo" is a song by German Eurodance group Mr. President. It was released on 29 March 1996 as the lead single from their second studio album, We See the Same Sun (1996). Music critics compared the song to Swedish band Ace of Base. A hit in Europe, it reached number one in Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, and Switzerland. It also experienced success in the United States, peaking at number 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 in September 1997. The accompanying music video was filmed in Venezuela. Mr. President was awarded the German 1997 Echo award in the category for Best Dance Single with "Coco Jamboo".
"Eins, Zwei, Polizei" is a 1994 song recorded by Italian dance musician Mo-Do and was released as the debut single from his first and only album, Was Ist Das? (1995). The song got its inspiration from "Der Kommissar" by Austrian singer Falco and "Da Da Da" by German band Trio, both released in the early 1980s. It was co-produced by Claudio Zennaro and Fulvio Zafret, and achieved great success in many European countries. "Eins, Zwei, Polizei" reached number-one in Austria, Germany and Italy. Giuseppe Capotondi directed the music video for the song. It has since been remixed and re-released several times. In 1995, it was remixed by DJ XTC of Chile. In 2000, it was re-released in a remix by Maurizio Ferrara, in 2008 with remixes by German DJ Blutonium Boy and Floorfilla, and in 2019 the song was reworked by Dutch-Turkish DJ Ummet Ozcan.
"Ecuador" is a song produced by German DJ and record production team Sash! featuring fellow German DJ Rodriguez. It was released in April 1997 as the third single from their debut album, It's My Life – The Album (1997). The song became an international hit, peaking at number one in Flanders, Romania and Scotland, as well as on the American and Canadian dance charts. It reached the top 20 in more than ten other countries worldwide.
"Big Big World" is a song by Swedish singer Emilia. It was released on 17 September 1998 as the lead single from the album of the same name and was written by Emilia and Lasse Anderson. The song is about love, with references to the autumn season. The melody opening is based on the Swedish springtime song "Nu grönskar det", which in turn is based on the Peasant Cantata by Johann Sebastian Bach.
"Would You...?" is a song by British electronic group Touch and Go. Written and produced by band member David Lowe, it was released as the first single from their debut album, I Find You Very Attractive (1998). The lyrics - marked by their distinctive sampling of a woman's voice saying "I've noticed you around / I find you very attractive / Would you go to bed with me?" - were originally used as part of a psychological study conducted in 1978.
"The Summer Is Magic" is a song by Italian Eurodance group Playahitty, released in July 1994 by Conte Max Music as their debut single. The lead vocals are performed by Italian singer Giovanna Bersola, as she did for the 1993 hit "The Rhythm of the Night" by Corona. This led to the mistaken belief that "The Summer Is Magic" was another hit song by Corona. The song hit the charts in the summer and autumn of 1994 in several countries of Continental Europe, such as Italy, where it reached number two on the Top 40 singles chart. It reached the top 40 also in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. A partly black-and-white music video was produced to promote the single, but it didn't feature Bersola.
"Heaven" is a song recorded by German dance act U96, released in April 1996 as the lead single from their fourth album by the same name. The song reached the top 10 in Austria, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Norway and Sweden. The vocals are sung by singer Dea-Li. The song has a similar chorus to Cyndi Lauper's song "Time After Time", in which she was given a writing credit.
"2 Times" is the debut single of English singer Ann Lee. It was released in Italy in December 1998 by X-Energy as the lead single from her debut album, Dreams (1999), and was issued worldwide the following year. The single peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart, reached number one in Flanders, and entered the top 10 in several countries, including Australia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and New Zealand.
