The WDF Americas Cup is a darts tournament held biennially since 2002. The tournament consists of a singles championship. All events have a men's and women's competitions. In 2010-2014 a youth tournament was played. Since 2016 there is individual competitions for boys and girls.

It was first held in 2002 as the FIFA U-19 Women's World Championship with an upper age limit of 19. In 2006, the age limit was raised to the current 20. The event was renamed as a World Cup since the 2008 competition, making its name consistent with FIFA's other worldwide competitions for national teams.

The World Masters is a darts tournament, initially organised by the British Darts Organisation from 1974 and later by the World Darts Federation. It is one of the longest-running and most prestigious of the BDO/WDF tournaments. The tournament was originally sponsored by Phonogram before changing its sponsor in 1975 to darts board manufacturer, Winmau. The World Masters was originally contested as the best of 5 legs before later transitioning to the set format.

The Finder Darts Masters was a darts tournament held in Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands, sanctioned by the British Darts Organisation and the World Darts Federation, running intermittently under several different names from 1995 to 2018.

The United States women's national softball team is the national softball team of the United States. It is governed by USA Softball and takes part in international softball competitions. The US team has been successful in international play, taking three straight gold medal in Olympic Games and eleven titles in Women's World Cup. At the 2004 Olympics, the Americans held their opponents to only one run scored in 7 games. The lone run came in a 5–1 victory over the Australian team. However, the team then won the silver medals at the 2008 and 2020 Summer Olympics, both times narrowly losing to Japan.

Her other big achievement to date was winning a two bronze medals at the WDF Europe Cup. She represented her country 16 times during the WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup.

Stefaan Deprez is a Belgian professional darts player who plays in the World Darts Federation (WDF) events. His best achievement so far has been an advance to the BDO World Trophy quarter-finals and the Dutch Open semi-finals. He has represented Belgium twice during the WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup tournaments.

Lorraine Hyde is a Scottish female professional darts player who currently plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Patricia De Peuter is a Belgian professional soft-tip and steel-tip darts player who plays in the World Darts Federation (WDF) events. Her biggest achievement to date was qualified for the BDO World Darts Championship and achieved a gold medal at the WDF Europe Cup and EDF European Darts Championship. She also participated in the WDF World Cup and EDU European Darts Championship.
